The trailer needs to be retired. It’s old, rusty, squeaky and strange sticky spot on floor. A joke that I paid so much for that trailer. Embarrassing.

Paul PMs. Carol was helpful as usual, and extremely kind. This was my third time renting from her. She is so easy to talk to, that I've spent time catching up when I should've got busy and hit the road. I would highly recommend Trinkets 2 Treasures for UHaul rentals.
Kelli TThe lady that runs this store was rude and unprofessional. Had to call her to the front for 20 minutes, when she got up there she tried to say my reservation was cancelled. She said it was cancelled because she rented it to someone else before I got there. She also put in the system that the truck I rented was at half a tank, but it was at a quarter to empty and almost made me have to pay a fee because she didn't put the right starting mileage. All this to say, DO NOT rent a usual from here unless you want to get treated poorly and lied to.

royal mSince we were given the wrong truck, the place we were told to drop off was not expecting us. After many phone calls, they ended up straightening it out and taking the truck. The personnel were helpful but they called the next day asking where the truck was after it was already returned. Since the beginning, it felt like there were many miscommunications. Not sure I will be using UHAUL in the future. I think text updates will the drop off address could help a lot.

Ronnie BThis is definitely the only uhaul dealer in Midland City worth going to, the other one won't even answer calls, however the owner of this location stayed in contact the entire time via text and was super accommodating and helpful. After having some issues with my equipment picked up somewhere else, I was glad this was my drop off location because they were able to help me and made a tough experience much better. Uhaul has a gem here and this location made my experience a positive one for sure. Thanks again!!

She went above and beyond getting us this rental her communication was top notch! Would rent from her again. However the first 24/7 we booked was an awful experience and securing additional rentals online was impossible since everyone was closed on Saturday!
