Rentals should be for 24 hrs I was only given a 4 hr window it was definitely not long enough for the amount of money I spent U-Haul has to do better

royal M.Since we were given the wrong truck, the place we were told to drop off was not expecting us. After many phone calls, they ended up straightening it out and taking the truck. The personnel were helpful but they called the next day asking where the truck was after it was already returned. Since the beginning, it felt like there were many miscommunications. Not sure I will be using UHAUL in the future. I think text updates will the drop off address could help a lot.
