Manager was 20 minutes late. Which made us late to meet our customer. We use U-Haul vehicles if we need an additional truck for our moving business. However when we give a time to meet our customer we can't be late. We ended up giving out customer a discount as we were late. Lost money due to an irresponsible U-Haul store manager.

All I rented was a Utility Trailer. Trailer was awesome; Wouldn't mind having one like it. The manager and staff were above average (great attitude).
Paul V.My appointment was for 7am. I showed up around 7:15 and I had to wait because there were people there. That's understandable. However, by the time I got the counter to pay it was around 7:30 and my truck wasn't ready. They walked me back to a truck only to find out it wasn't yet clean. I had to wait for them to clean it even though it appeared there were other trucks the same size on the property. Even after he wiped down the can of the truck I found trash under the seat. There were 10 or so blankets left in the truck even though I didn't want blankets. And when I asked about the hand truck that I paid for the gentleman informed me they didn't have any because they were “all stollen†Overall I didn't leave till almost an hour after I made the pick up appointment. My movers were waiting on me to get there with the truck. I have tried to call uhual to complain 3 different times only to be told the hold time was 45+ minutes. I don't have the long to hold for a call

Truck rental. 12. Dolly rental. And 40. Another truck rental. I was charged 58. And when I called I wasn't given back. I was told oh I'm sorry. If you need anything in the future come see me and I'll help you out. I just want my $9 back.

donald P.my truck suddenly wouldn't start when I was fueling (while loaded full). I called for roadside assistance- arrived without incident. Prior to him arriving, I opened the hood to see if there was something obvious- nothing observed. Then all of a sudden, it started!! There is obviously an electrical issue with the starter on either the column or under the hood, but this is NOT what I expect when I rent a vehicle. I don't expect to get stranded at a gas pump and unable to move, inconveniencing not only myself, but anyone else trying to get gas at that station.

ron P.I reserved my truck over 2 weeks before pick up. No one ever called me to confirm and no one ever answered the phone. Luckily after much back and forth I was given a truck (not the size I asked for). The truck was dirty and extremely damaged on the outside. None of the damages had been recorded, so I had to go back inside to request that it was. The staff was kind of friendly and didn't complain when I asked for help. But if someone would have called me or answers the phones- this all could have been avoided.

Larry B.People at Uhaul center went out of their way to have my van ready for me. We traveled over 400 miles in the van. It was clean inside but oil change notification stayed on the entire trip, the transmission wined- like needed fluid, and front tires felt like they needed alignment.
Linda B.This was not my original reservation site. I showed up at 2701 Glynn Ave, Brunswick, GA 31520 and there was no one there. Apparently the owner suffered some type of medical issue the day before but never set up any replacement agents to handle reservations for Sunday May 1st. Numerous people showed up and were turned away by cleaning staff. Luckily was able to rent a vehicle at another location. Staff on Altama was very helpful and luckily I was able to get a truck.
