CANDACE C | Overall ExperienceI did not move out the storage my items were removed without my knowledge I got a call from an employee asking if I removed my items, the next day my account was closed as if I decided to move out. All my items were removed without warning and I had until the 7th of October to pay. No one wants to explain to me why all of my belongings are missing. I spoke with a lawyer today about this and I will make sure justice is serviced to a paying customer, it’s just crazy I paid for storage expecting to have my items in a safe secure area and everything was taken from me. I do not recommend using this storage facility they can’t keep employees and no one knows what the policy is.

It was like she was on a month's vacation. I certainly would not recommend this place for anything other then a complete over haul of staff but then again they told me how much they get paid...you get what u pay for..

Made reservations on line. The man who checked me in, didn’t know how to operate the register, took 15 minutes to get contract. 4 employees on duty and half the time nobody was answering the phone. Worst customer service I have seen.
