He gave helpful advice about which unit to use, and even though it was 15 minutes before closing, he stayed and helped us with moving our stuff from the trailer to the storage unit. He was extremely friendly and professional the entire time! I really hope the management will do the right thing and give him a raise or bonus because that kind of service is exactly the kind of service people become lifelong customers. I know my family and I are life long customers as long as Ryan works there! Thank you again Ryan!!
