Trucks seem to be kept at 1/4 tank as both the person renting ahead of me and my vehicle were both at around 1/4 tank. Keeping trucks more fueled on the lot would be nice that way the first stop off the lot isn't add fuel.Chris O.

There was a massive delay w my hitch installation and no one communicated w me about what was happening. I had to basically track them down and it felt like I was being ignored. Finally get it installed and my there's tons of exposed wires. The guy who did the installation was super nice, but I didn't know to say anything until someone told me it looked super shoddy. Was a very chaotic, stressful experience. All the workers at the location were nice, but the overall experience kind of sucked.Marah E.

The ease of renting the vehicle and the staff were good. The vehicle lacked what I desired for my use. Although it was "so called clean and maintained" it had uncomfortable flaws. The a/c quit working every time I exceeded 55 mph on the Interstate ( not pleasant during a >100 degree heat index. Also, the ride was extremely rough and uncomfortable. I would say everything was excellent. Service was good, we got what we needed and were able to do the task at hand, and returning the vehicle was easy. The worker was very good as well as tho I though the trip would be quick, she was able to predict complications and gave us 4hours vs the 2 I thought we would only need. Excellent servicedestinee A.

The delivery of my u-haul boxes has been changed several times. I have been given conflicting information about what time the boxes would be delivered. I have wasted two entire day waiting on boxes to be delivered. I have had to change my schedule several times to accommodate delivery of the boxes, and at this point in time they have not been delivered. When I picked up the truck, the truck they gave me had axle grease leaking and set me back even longer than I expected. On top of that the auto transport trailer was not ready for pick up. I had to pick it up another day.Kurtis S.

This location and Caleb the manager were great! But we were sent to a location in Millbrook, AL first, and there was no one there and we had to call and get routed to another location. Very inconvenient! But luckily we were sent to Caleb and he got everything straightened out. But while we were on the road, on our last 30 miles, the engine light came on, Also, the call center is terrible! They could not get my order correct and I had to keep calling back to set it right after I would get a text that would be wrong. I would get a new person each time and have to explain again. Somehow no one could understand that we were driving from Montgomery, AL to Bradenton, FL. Altogether, this was not a good experience, with the exception of Caleb at the Eastern Bypass location.MICHAEL M.

This location was the closest from my destination, and should have been scheduled originally! The equipment was not safe with rear left trailer signal out and no cruse control. I pulled in and asked if able to change my drop off location, told me there maybe an extra fee. I would never recommend Uhaul for long distance moving! Curse control is a safety feature and should be standard on all vehicles! Failure of the rear left light on the trailer, wow I can't believe that Uhaul put my life in danger, would never recommend for any moving!Greg G.

I received the truck with 1/4 tank of gas. Drove 30 miles and filled up with $12 back to a 1/4 tank Of gas at a station 1000 feet away from the uhaul store. Dropped it off. Was later charged a $30 fuel service fee and 2 gallons of gas at $5.75 to fill it back up to 1/4 which I had already done. Wasn't given a chance for them to check it while I was there to make sure it was good to go so I received the receipt 2 hours after I left letting me know of the up charge. Now I have to take a day off of work to go up there a siphon has out of the trucks to get my money back. Will never use the location or the company again.Travis W.

Location is great, close to where we needed it and had the hours to match our schedule. The rental (26' local) was a different story. The truck was pretty beat up with numerous patches, scrapes, and dents. Worse, while I only rented for about 120 miles I barely made it back to drop of the truck as it's power steering went out and the brakes were fading fast. Either maintenance on the unit was not performed or the truck had lived such a hard life that a local run with two trips to a storage unit was too much!Ian K.
I wish I could remember the member of the staff that checked me in. He was so kind and knowledgeable and just willing to help out. I think what impressed me the most, is he was helping somebody before me, and there was a bit of language barrier there with the customer, but he took such careful time to explain to that customer the rates, and dates, and times so that she understood the price and best days/times to pickup and drop off. He was so patient with her and just extremely kind and professional, it really touched me. He could have waived her off and ignored her, especially since it was busy in the store, but he really took the time to help that lady out.Justin H.
