I rented a uhaul for 24 hours with a 10 dollar dolly, my bill came to 56 dollars and some change before mileage. I returned the truck within 22 hours and put more gas in the truck than was recieved, only drove 10 miles round trip and my bill came to 114 dollars. I was charged an extra 58 dollars for some reason when I returned the vehicle, it was undamaged. I told them that I was charged twice and they said it was returned late. I picked the truck up at 208pm and returned it at 1230pm what makes that late? I am very unhappy with Uhaul and will not use this service again.

No issues with either location however when I called to extend a day a person by the name of Anitra supposedly sent me to Montgomery location to extend my return and I waited for 10 minutes so I hung up. I called back I talk with AJ and she assisted me in my extension without having to transfer me to Montgomery location so why couldn't Anitra do that.

Trailer tires were grossly low on tire pressure....fortunately, and this important, that when arriving at a home and garden center for loading the attendant noticed the tires and noted that this very common problem with U-Haul not keep trailer tires pressured properly. They had a compressor onsite...narrowly avoided a bad day.

What can be done to improve for the next customer?... Issue clean fresh-smelling moving pads, don't charge and hold 3 payments for the same visit, don't hold over $800 on a card when only $220 is due and has been paid, don't charge 3 times for the use of 1 dolly for 1 day. Courteous and thoughtful customer service, air conditioned office space, and more than one person at the register to help several people in line would also help improve the next customer's experience.

I was charged 3600 dollars more than i was supposed to be and now my card is maxed out with a 2800 dollar negative balance and they know they made a mistake and it has been a hour now and still no response on refunding my money to my card my family are not going to be able to eat dinner tonight over this and i need help please call me and fix this now i cant wait until the ladie at 1200 18th street north Bessemer alabama gets time to fix this problem i need my money back now or i will have to take further actions thanks Robert m azar

Top notch management and employees. It was a pleasure renting from this location. Everything occured on schedule and as promised. Plus, as a bonus, they offered a free month of storage in Houston. While this is a great marketing idea, the employee was very classy in the way it was handled.
