There were almost 10 customers in line and only one person working. People tend to move on the weekend so I think you all should consider having more help so that you can get your customers in and out without the long wait.

The site could use more personnel, maybe it was just a busy day, but to me there needed to be more service reps to speed up customer wait times. Other than the wait for service they do excellent work.

Staff was a bit short handed but did a great job. Pleasant personalities even on a HOT summer day. I incorrectly measured so the equipment we ordered was not large enough for our project. The staff suggested another option and they were correct, saved us a few $ and made our experience even better! We have rented before and will do so again !

The process took a full 20-30 minutes to get the reserved storage room and that was after waiting 15 minutes to get to the counter. You guys are the best at what you do but it is pointless to make a reservation. You need to streamline the check in/out process.

Movering America movers you listed on website were terrible. They showed up 1.5 hours late, said they needed a code from their boss and without another word got in car and left us stranded. We knew no one in the city and ended up begging neighbors for help. Would never recommend this company. The owner never even contacted us directly even though we tried to call him numerous times! Very disappointed that you would recommend them.

The location and the staff were great. What wasn't great is having our truck rented out from under us after we had put a credit card down to reserve. NO ONE said if we were later than 15 minutes from the beginning of rental time that the truck would go back in the system for rent. That is unacceptable.

I came into the center and made reservations with my credit card one day in advanced...I was told I had until Thursday evening to make any chances tgrough the 800 number...when I was being checked out...I was told I couldn't rent the van for 24 hours and the computer showed no credit card etc....so I told him that was not my problem...I can to rent for 24 hours and any mistakes or errors is on U Haul...and when I was been checked out I didn't know when the employee was talking to me or not because the whole time he was on the computer he was talking to someone on the ear piece and the only way I knew he was talking to me. he made eye contact only and I would say "Are you talking to me" and he would say yes...that was annoying as hell not knowing when you did not when you were ask a question or even when you asked a question and this was my question to him "DO YOU MIND IF I GET ONE OF YOUR NEW VANS"....that annoyed me because HE NEVER ANSWERED ME nor MADE ANY EYE CONTACT... but yet you wanted my money to me that was very bad and very poor customer service totally unacceptable....

The staff could work on their friendliness. The clerk was laughing and joking with the guy ahead of me, but acted really dry when I approached the desk. She also took her time ending sidebar conversations. So for about the first three minutes, she talked and played with other people while I stood there and watched. That's the ADD of today's workers. When I do this on my job, I called "unprofessional".I bought a utility trailer because I did not want to deal with clerks like this one. Next I'm going to buy a car hauler, therefore I won't have to deal with stuff like this. If I or anyone stops by your store for a service, they are probably ready to rent, buy, etc and move on. Not hear about what you did or do in your spare time. I hope others wise up as well. You can rent here with no problem but I guess if you are not someone who moves every time the rent is due, then you won't get the same treatment as their close and loyal customers.

The reservation process is really difficult---very slow, and directs a client to sites that are not convenient---need to change that
