I had to call to get lock figured out as you had to push down on Handle squeeze lock to open. This tool 2 calls as 1st rang out to voicemail

I specifically requested in-person pick-up and then I was just bumped over to online when I was there to get the truck.
John AThe Uhaul app kept crashing on me and I had to call customer service to to able to complete the mobile pick-up. No dolly was included with the truck as I requested.
BRANDON SI liked the experience of DIY truck rental but you have to be pretty comfortable using a cell phone to complete all the requirements.
PARKER MThere was a lot of mix-up and change to my u-haul rental and locations. instead of picking up in town, I had to drive 45 minutes to a PU location, and then an additional 1hr 30mins back to the PU location for drop off, instead of the original 10 minute drive to the drop off in Sutton,ON. When i called CX service, they were not helpful and I had to argue with them about a compensation refund. I never received the compensation refund, gave Uhaul CX service another call and this time someone was helpful. I wish there was more communication and organization after Uhaul did call to confirm my reservation, and then it ended up changing 2-3 times after the 24 hr notice.

REBECCA BI was not familiar with this new to me system, so I wasnt sure what to do. The messages I got were too small for me to read on my phone, but it was easily explained to me when I finally got a hold of the person in charge of my rental. And again, I'm used to filling up the gas tank whe I'm finished my rental, but the tank was only half full, and the little sticker on the gauge was a bit confusing. Probably just me, but not user friendly.
Richard LThis location is self service , I was there for half hour trying to add my information online to complete the transaction was not working. Return the truck online too I’m paying to use the truck should not have to do all this self service with my time never going to use this location pick up and return truck takes me like 1 hour of my time.

Plus calling UHaul customer service I was on hold for 20 minutes and never spoke to a single real person, just a voice telling me to wait until an available agent could answer. Hogwash!!!!! Hung up and called the company listed on my rental agreement. An actual real person answered the call immediately and told me the parking space to use and the location of the drop box. She was very pleasant and apologetic for how frustrating this process was. Again, I was required to take pictures of the vehicles condition and upload to Uhaul. Horrible horrible experience. Unless this process changes so an actual person is at both the pickup and drop off locations I DO NOT reccomend anyone rent equipment from UHaul
