It was nice to have working AC and a radio in the truck. It appeared a newer model from others I have rented in the past.

When we arrived the truck was backed into a snow bank that was 5 feet high. We had to dig out to get to the lock that was rusted and frozen. We had to go and get lock deicer to open it. The front of the truck was cover about two feet deep in snow and ice and there was not snow brush in the truck!!!! It was an awful experience!
Tracey MI was charged an after hours charge, there is no notice that tells you this especially when selecting your hours you want to use it for. This particular branch is only open until noon. I won’t be using uhaul ever again and won’t recommend to anyone.
Pricilla MI had to call to get lock figured out as you had to push down on Handle squeeze lock to open. This tool 2 calls as 1st rang out to voicemail
Robert PI specifically requested in-person pick-up and then I was just bumped over to online when I was there to get the truck.
