The listed location phone wasn’t correct . When arrived,counter person called a remote location to run my credit card and upload my information. Location forgot to inform when I returned the unit and almost got charged for rent overdue.

George RYOUR app and YOUR website SUCK and this experience was nothing but hell AND you owe me money. Because you said $31 less if I dropped off in Clinton. My confirmation when I set this all up said ~$80 but when the pick up location charged my card it was over $140. Complete bullshit. AND your app kept crashing, so the checkout experience cut me off. I took a ton of photos on my phone and called for help/to complain. AND it’s ridiculous I’m being charged for ~16 miles over when the closest pick up was 11 miles away and the drop off you sent me to was 10 miles away. So you do the math. I want someone to handle this ASAP. Oh, and the app wouldn’t let me setup my account on the first try bc it said I tried TOO many times. I hit the button once. But then the website was fine. However, a million other things were shit on your website and only worked on the app. This whole thing sucked, I will never use you again, and yes I will tell every soul I know.
JOSSELYN HHad to wait too long for phone call and had to call UHaul myself. Received notice that return was late but returned in plenty of time and your employee documented late Person I called about return was very helpful though. Would never use your company again.
Marguerite BThe service was excellent. The only thing I would change is that the closing of the reservation was not done until the following morning, even though the truck was delivered after 5 hours of pickup. However, the final invoice reflected the time of delivery and everything was in order.

Matthew DOne of the worst U-Haul experiances I have had. Very unprofessional and the workers at the store did not know what was going on. I had to wait for them to reach out to someone else who was not at the location. I will never use this place again. The UHaul truck itself was nice and new. Everything else was a disaster.

Jason MUsman, the owner/employee I've dealt with each time I've had to utilize their trucks, has been excellent. I'm not always the easiest; I ask a lot of questions, and he has always been very understanding and explained everything well! I will continue to use their services when in need in the future.
Christopher WI couldn't update the information for the truck. The mileage and fuel were wrong and I tried to change it but the pictures were deleted and I was told that I needed to upload pictures. As soon as I had removed all updates, I could accept the truck. The place was good though

Dalton CTruck wasn't back in time (2:30pm) at original location rockys hardware. Had to wait until 5 and go to 1 stop deli 20 additional miles from the original trip. When I got there had to wait another 20 minutes for the store owner to show up and sign out the truck. The owner smelled strongly of Marijuana. I could smell him from across the counter. Rockys offered to take money off but never did. This was by far the worst experience I've had renting anything. Next time I'll rent from someone else.

Leo LThis drop-off location is a scam.!!!!!! As I always do I filled this 26-foot truck up past the 3/4 line ( more than I picked it up with ). Dropped off the key to the counter guy inside and left. For some reason, I decided to take a photo of the mileage and fuel gage before going inside and Im glad I did. A few hours later I received an email with the final bill. To my surprise, this location fudged the fuel amount to show less gas in the tank and charged me a $70.00 fuel surcharge. I tried contacting this location but they don't answer the phone, after several tries I ended up reaching out to Corporate. Corporate now has the photo and all my information and passed it on to a district manager, waiting on his phone call today. Bottom line, take a photo of your dashboard when dropping of your rental or you will end up like me. You have to wonder how many other customers they scamed! If this cant be resolved in a timly fasion I am fully prepared to call News Watch 10 & the RISP and have them charged with fraud.
