Dalton C.Truck wasn't back in time (2:30pm) at original location rockys hardware. Had to wait until 5 and go to 1 stop deli 20 additional miles from the original trip. When I got there had to wait another 20 minutes for the store owner to show up and sign out the truck. The owner smelled strongly of Marijuana. I could smell him from across the counter. Rockys offered to take money off but never did. This was by far the worst experience I've had renting anything. Next time I'll rent from someone else.
