MONICA AThis is a snall town in the South so I understand why some things are. I am a guy so I ended up hooking up the 5' x 8' trailer myself, testing my lights. There was no onr but a lady there so I understood why but if it was a lady picking up a trailer I don't know what they would do. Also, it is not just a pawn shop, they also use a laundromat next door. Not a big deal but kind of confusing. I ended up paying for another day though I didn't use the trailer. There was no clarification as to when I had to turn in my trailer so I assumed it was 5 pm. I returned it at 4:30 pm and found out it should have been 11 AM. So I got charged another day. I may or may not use this facility again.

joycelyn aMrs. Eady was fantastic in trying to get all my stuff processed. However, the person before her did not leave the keys, and I wasn't able to receive the truck until the next day. The truck was also dirty and didn't have a door handle. I was rolling down the window everytime I wanted to close the door. This is the first time I've had less than a pleasant experience with UHaul.

John WWe were suppose to drop off ours at the location where our styff is store and it made me drive 7 miles the other way which i had to get more gas then charge me a over mileage charge of $19
steven gThe pawn shop did not print any confirmation information of me picking up the truck/trailer along with didn't have any of the furniture pads to give me. When he told me he didn't have any pads, he told me to tell the place I dropped it off at that I didn't get any and they'd reimburse me for the difference (When I mentioned this to the drop off location, they told me that the pawn shop should have filed a report to have the pads removed). When I was guided to load my car on the auto transport, the supplier did not lock the hatch down onto the truck which caused the transport to lunge forward almost damaging the rolling door of the truck and putting myself and my car in danger as well.

denise kI have rented weekly from the location in Pascagoula for 6 months. On this day, I was contacted by the Pascagoula location and informed they did not have a truck for my reservation at 9:30AM. I called U-haul and they found a 26' truck nearby, in Gautier at 2:30PM and issued the $50 reservation guarantee. She told me the truck was being returned at 2:30 and to give them 45 mins to clean and sanitize the truck. I arrived at 3:00 and the woman very rudely told me she had just issued the truck at 2:45 to someone to go weigh it because he was curious?? He would be back eventually. When I asked what the point of a reservation was if she was just going to rent it out to friends indiscriminately. She told me she didn't know, she could rent to whoever she wanted, whenever she wanted and I didn't have to like it. Since U-haul had already screwed up my entire day and the business deal I had in place, she was right. After an hour, her friend returned, played with the truck for a while in the parking lot and eventually they came back inside poking and giggling like slutty school children and around dark issued me my truck. I have never paid to be treated so badly or made such a fool of in all my life. I will never rent from this location again and possibly not from U-haul again as we increase our weekly need. If it's unreliable and rude, there's no point.

john nI received a phone call changing the drop off location from the one of my choice to 6040 Westpark Dr, Houston TX 77057. When we tried to return to the location on Wednesday, we were refused because they were full and told to go to another location further away and that 24 hour drop off was not available. Unit was dirty inside

SHAN WI returned the trailer the same night. Called the next morning to let them know I returned it. Said he would close it out. Was charged an extra day. Reported it by email to Uhaul when emailed receipt. Have not heard reply.

Jean AI was very pleased with 1 Stop Pawn. They were very friendly and very helpful! The UHaul was supposed to have a dolly and furniture dolly, but there was none available. The owner made sure to remove the charges for these items. Also, the ramp on my 20' truck was not working properly.
Ramona MPerson at the counter replaced a faulty lighting wire to ensure our trailer was in working order. Took care of us quickly at the counter too. The trailer smelled terrible but once my wife cleaned it out the smell was not bad. I guess it's just the nature of being closed up in our hot wet climate.
Tony GThis was the worst experience that I’ve ever had with Uhaul. My pick up location was for Pascagoula but they double booked and I was sent to Gautier. That truck was pulling and going slow. It was a horrible experience.
