This rental experience was aweful. When we came in we were accused of not putting in the right information in our reservation, and tried to build a whole new ticket from scratch and charge more. After some time, I pulled up the receipt to show them exactly was was put in, estimated mileage, preplanned drop off location, and the charge U-Haul and that still wasn’t enough. They tried to overcharged the receipt I had from the reservation - by that time, we were three, we had been there an hour trying to resolve I would have just paid the extra. So they finished it out and then said there was an error that the only truck they had was their in town truck that we couldn’t take. We ended up having to leave to make an appointment and they called 20 min later to let us know if was fixed. When we came back after our appointment to pick up l, there was no instructions on which truck or where to pick up and the link sent for us to do the walk through inspection and upload the license- didn’t work. We waited with the representative to get a new link sent and after 30 minutes- they couldn’t resend the link so we were sent on our way. We took pictures just in case. The next day drop off said the previous location started our time when he finalized the reservation not when we picked it up …so they tried to charge us over the 24 hr rental…the drop location fixed for us and was a pleasure to work with. But I will NEVER GO BACK TO THE PICK UP LOCATION- in fact I UHaul will probably not be my first choice ever again.
