Friendly customer service. Van was easy to pick up and drop off, even after hours with the uhaul app. Cargo van was very new, easy to drive, good mileage.

This is a horrible system for customers and we were overcharged by $44 for no reason as representative told us it was a flat rate one day fee and never said a thing about mileage. We should get a refund for $44 and you should train your representatives better. Because our account went into negative because of you and I’ve also occurred an additional $35 overdraft fee because your rep did not explain the process correctly.

Mike MI was advised that I only needed to sweep the vehicle clean to avoid cleaning charge. I swept it twice but as it was a rainy day there was some mud that would not come up with a broom. I was charged $50 for cleaning fee. The contract does allow the charge so I doubt there's any way to get it refunded. I just wish it was made clearer that an additional $50 fee was likely at time of return. If I had known I would have mopped the vehicle bed myself.

Kathleen LThe combination lock for the van key was old, weathered and very hard to open. I had to enter the combination more than 10 times before it opened. Also, the mobile phone app did not work on my iPhone 13. I had to use the uhaul.com website.

christopher mI had ordered a furniture dolly as part of my rental. It wasn't available at pick up. As it turns out I didn't need it, but itveould have been nice to know beforehand that it wasn't available.
John GI made a reservation on Monday to pick up my truck Saturday morning at 9 a.m. in Hampton NH.. On Friday at 6 p.m. I got a phone call stating that I now had to drive 30 mins away to pick up a different truck because they didn't have mine available. Last minute inconvenience!! Then when we got to the location the guy there was really nice and I have absolutely no complaints about him he was awesome.. So when we started driving and looking at the gages, the gas gage didn't work so we had to guess on how much to put in the tank! Then to drop off the keys to the truck at the Hampton location, there was not 1 sign that indicated where to even put the keys!!! Overall not the best experience

Brandon BCombination lock on key lock box are hard to use and confusing taking several attempts to get lock to open. Please consider sourcing a different lock that is easier to use.
Paul DIt took a full hour just to get approved to take the van. Not sure I can blame the location but more the online process. The guy working at the location tried to help but was waiting on someone from the online platform. This doesn't make sense. I love the idea of the online checkout but if it's going to add an hour to the process please empower the person on location to be able to complete the process. No one else was there and yet, waited an hour. This is a flawed process and should be visited.
