The location within the parking lot was incorrect (we found this out after an hour troubleshooting with a customer service rep). We knew we were picking up after hours, but were convinced that the app would make it easy. This experience ran into one problem after another even though we booked it with a person late last week. Your app is deplorable. Thankfully the customer service rep hang in there until we were able to unlock the key. We lost hours of our day dealing with it and left frustrated to tears.

The truck was exceptionally clean and well-maintained—everything worked perfectly, and there were no strange odors, which I’ve unfortunately experienced at other locations.
