Very convenient location and the online dropoff made it great to drop off after hours.

There was no one there at my original pickup time. The manager showed up about 20 minutes late. He was very helpful, though, and got me hooked up and on my way without any additional issues. There was a significant amount of damage to the trailer including a broken hinge on one of the doors and the screw lock on the ball receiver was bent.

The building and office were nasty. The chairs and carpet need to be cleaned. The chairs were greatly stained and I did not want to sit in them. The representative was not very friendly. The location was great though and the truck was clean.

Facility accepted a ride share booking without having a drop box to leave the lock. Had to waste 30 minutes figuring out what to do with the lock because U-Haul will charge $30 if you do not return the lock. Quite confused how this location doesn’t have a drop box for keys.

The major problem is that this location does not have a drop box to drop the key or lock after hours. They have to change the instructions accordingly for equipment return on the mobile app for dropping the key, etc.

The back of the truck had plastic wrap tied to the boards and an empty coke can. I am not one to complain. The gentleman that checked me out was very nice, however he wasn’t the U-Haul guy. The next day I meet the U-Haul guy who was rude and disrespectful and lied to me about tightening the tow dolly to the truck. Instead of it being tight it was very loose and when we went to put the car on it - the dolly almost flipped over onto my friends. Not good. l

Attendant not present. There were people that were waiting over 1.5 hours for someone to show up. Luckily I had a trailer reserved and I just took it then called and got the contract. I don't know if anyone ever did show up. This is a used car dealership. I even called to notify that I was running late and someone from an offsite location called to confirm. Go somewhere else this place sucks.

Location failed to complete the check in of the trailer. I received a an email from U-Haul a few days later informing me that the trailer was never returned. I contacted the return location and they found the trailer, but logged the return 4 days later. I received an additional charge of $20 for a late return. When I asked the return location to fix this, they told me I have to work it out directly with U-Haul. (Basically told me to get lost)

I was called and told to go to another location they did not have the truck. I went to the second location and the truck was still out. They sent me to this location traffic was heavy we got there the sign said open with a note on the door saying be back in a few minutes it was 45 minutes later. He said he had to help the other guy first and I had been waiting longer.

Our contract said to drop off at 9:00am. Google said they didn't open until 10:00am. Voicemail at both phone numbers (on contract and a different number on Google) for the location just said leave a message (no hours offered or anything like that). We arrived at 10:00am. No one was there and we had to leave about 10:20 to go to another appointment. I went back at 10:45 with a neighbor and they were finally there. Won't be using this facility again.

Very poor customer service. They took 30 minutes to approve my rental through the app. That delayed the entire move, and I ended up paying extra to the helpers.

Wasn’t a typical location. Run down and other customers left upset. Tried to change my reservation but he told me to call someone else. Tried customer service and they were not helpful. Last time I will use U-Haul

Scheduled for a 10 AM pickup. Owner didn't arrive until 10:26. The point of "scheduling" a pickup time is because i was on a time crunch.

The equipment I got was satisfactory due to how low the trailer sat after everything was loaded. The location is by far the worst one I have ever dealt with. They were late on the pick up day, and when it was returned no one was there as they should of been and I have been charged an extra day. I can’t fight since no one is there and I deploy tomorrow. I have only used uhaul for the past 13 years of my military career without a problem. Due to this shops lack of customer service and sheer laziness of the job, I will be changing companies from here forth.

Actually have the paid for equipment in the vehicle! I had to go to another location to get my furniture dolly and appliance dolly. That cost me extra miles, extra gas, and worst of all it wasted my time!

Did not have the midsize dolly I requested. When I asked about the price difference he said they were all $10. This is not true.

Jon was exceptional. He was responsive, knowledgeable and helpful to any and all questions that I had. Helped me hook up and check all the wiring. I would highly recommend Jon and his location for any future needs that I, or any of my friends may have.

The 1488 Autoplex was a 24 hour drop-off location. I dropped the 6x12 trailer here and completed the turn-in process using my account log-in info and uploaded pictures as required. The process was easy for me, but I am strong enough to lift the trailer off the tongue and place it on a cinder-block left nearby for just this purpose. For me, this was great and convenient and I will use this type of service again.

The app was extremely slow and timed out several times. Overall, not a great experience. It is faster to do it in person.

Employee didn't take time to assist. Informed him I had trash to clean in uhaul and he said, " leave it we don't have a trash can". On Monday I was charged for clean up on two trucks. I've rented over 50 uhaul trucks this year and never returned one unclean or without fuel. Employee even called and asked me where the auto transport was because he couldn't find it when I clearly returned all the equipment to the same location. He then started he'll check with the other guy. Very argumentative about it.

Trailer didn't track good at all behind the truck. Had to go about 40 mph to keep it on the road. Had about 2500 pound load consisting of 100 blocks at 21# each and 8 50# bags of rock. Next time I get a trailer that tracks like this I will be asking for a full refund.

There was no one there for hours during normal business hours and your website has many problems. The process of getting the truck took about 1 hour and returning took about 30 minutes because of all the problems with the website.

Advise customers that the trailer should be left on the tow vehicle, there is no jack on these trailers. Loading trailer was rather difficult and cost me several hours of move time due to not being able to load trailer without it being empty.

We brought the trailer to the wrong location and the staff was very helpful and allowed us to drop the trailer off with them without the need to drive to another location. Would rent from this location again.

Customer service was great! I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Truck had a squealing noise as you drove down the road, but other than that everything was great! Truck was clean and was full of gas at pickup. Will absolutely use this location again!

The lock on the truck was frustrating and difficult to use. The windshield was cracked and the wiper blade was not on properly and apparently hasn’t been for some time as it appears it had scratched the windshield. The back of the truck had debris from someone else which I had to sweep out. The interior felt yucky and had not been cleaned including a candy wrapper on the floor. I felt I had to drive to far to get the truck so not sure why your app didn’t have me go to the location less than five miles away so I got screwed on the mileage as well.

It was convenient to my house. I handled the check out process w my cellphone. Didn’t realize there was an office with anyone in it till I looked for the drop box.

Location manager never showed up when I tried to pick up trailer. Not there when I dropped it off. Tried to leave the trailer in a college town that was completely devoid of trailers due to end of semester. You would think uhaul would welcome that, but no... Wanted another $100 extra to leave it. The worst run company ever, long wait on phone calls, idiot people at drop off locations and unimaginable greed. Hope I never have to use them again!

online reservation process was quick and easy. Pick up was fast and service was friendly. Truck was clean and there were no issues or problems during use. Overall a good experience. I would recommend U-Haul to anyone that needs a large vehicle or trailer.

lock in the truck didn't work properly during self service. They asked me to come back at 9am during business hours but nobody was there. When I returned the truck the person in charge was not there I had to leave the keys with someone else. Overall bad experience.
