Store opened late then when finally arrived the associate stated that he made no money with Uhaul and his Vape customers came first. He said we’re not really customers and would have to wait. Even though we were there first and on time.

Ismael VThis was not the location that I wanted to pick up. I was sent a text and moved to this "inconvenient" location only two days prior to my pick up. It is a congested area of Kissimmee and was out of the way for me. The location itself and the gentleman that helped me with the reservation at the store were very good.

Christopher HOnline check in and quick turnaround mom and Pop shops at value. Definitely a win-win situation. I bought the top level insurance because UHaul recommend a quick turnaround and no reporting to your insurance. Should an accident actually happen.
COREY AOpted out of insurance when I made the reservation online, picked up and the very rude smoke shop owner added it without even asking. Chatted with a Uhaul rep and they said the shop owner wasn’t supposed to do that and should be able to remove the charge. On the return day, said shop owner kept refusing to remove the charge and told me just give him the key and “get the hell out of my store” - he even mentioned something about if he needed to speak to me in Arabic or English because he is not removing the charge. And per the shop owner, if it were up to him, he would've charge me $100 for Insurance. On checked in day and then checked out day, this guy has inferiority syndrome- always raising his voice; and then he was puffing his chest before he told me to “get the hell out of my store”. I was going to let go on how he was treating me on checked in day, when I showed him an auto text that I received from Uhaul that was confirming the equipment number that I would be renting. I showed him the text and he repeatedly said to me, without even looking at my text, “what is this number? what is this number? i don’t care about your text. just look at this” -while dangling the truck key to my face. Lastly, I know very very very well the reason he treated me this way was due to on the checked in day I was asking around on the kind of vape he was selling- but had no intention of buying since I was just trying to conversate with him and was just being friendly while waiting half hour till I got the rented truck. When he realized that I was just looking around, he made snide comment, "oh so you were just looking and not buying" -and then the whole attitude start. Save yourself some headache and go to an actual U-Haul store.

Juan HI had an issue with another U-Haul location and the gentleman here was able to set me up in a 10 foot truck last minute which was nice. Truck wasn’t very clean but it was a newer model but it is what it is. The location itself was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful.
Logan WDespite ordering weeks in advance, my pick-up location changed days before. Upon arrival, the truck was available and in good condition however there were no dollies or moving pads available which I had requested when I originally set-up the service request.
Cullen GExplain the the keys are in a lock box in front of the U-Haul store/Building and not where the online instructions state (at the front of the truck drivers side) which is incorrect and delayed us 30 minutes. Also, there is no instructions about the Gas situation.

Cecilia VI've issued a complaint about this truck it is going on answered I have complained to several of the u-haul representatives I've sent an email to headquarters I've spoken to a Chris who is supposed to be over it was to be over customer complaints and human resources the wind resources to no Avail I will never purchase a truck from that place and I am seriously considering discontinuing discontinuing my loyal patronage to u-haul based on this experience a dirty truck A truck with sensors that were going off tiresome me tire maintenance pressure low and cargo I spoke to everyone about this about the hardship about the disappointment about having to refill the air with tire as I drove from Florida to Texas it was as if it was no concern to uhaul I am very upset and I still have had no word from you all as to I'll ask you trying to make this situation better should better so my review stands never again you'll never again

Brenda GThe final bill has a fuel charge on it for 2 gallons. I returned the truck with the exact same fuel level as I received it. This is a complete scam. You need to rent the trucks with a full tank of gas to avoid this issue. Full is full. The rest is totally ambiguous as to where the fuel gauge is. And I also took a picture of the fuel out and fuel in and it’s the same. Also, the online reservation process needs some work. The online check-in did not work when I dropped it off. It’s a good idea but poorly executed.

VICKIE MI reserved a cargo van on April 24th, on June 5th I arrived at 10 AM at the designated pick up location 391 Oxford Rd only to find it closed. I called the number provided in an earlier email and the call was forwarded to a "Scooter Doctor". I LVM and decided to drive to 192 West Supermarket on W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy where I originally reserved the cargo van. While explaining my dilemma to the gentleman I got an incoming call from the Scooter Doctor only to be informed they could not honor my reservation for a cargo van; they had no cargo vans available. Guess reserving one well in advance meant nothing. Anyway, the gentleman at 192 West Supermarket made a call to U-Haul on North Main St and between them they were able to rent me a cube van that was available and saved our day. Moving is no fun, but to find the place you were told to go to is closed, the number you call for help is answered by a "Scooter Doctor" and told they have no cargo vans available is a huge letdown, confusing, and stressful. The process of renting a cargo is confusing when you're told to go to different locations. Who has time to run around to chase down a rental when it's been reserved well in advance? I can't thank the guy at 192 West Supermarket for his patience, understanding and coming through in a time when you thought your day was a complete disaster.

AHMED AMake sure that the store is open when it is supposed to be. Didn’t get out with my keys until 45 minutes after the store was supposed to be open. The employee who opened the store was over 30 minutes late. The only thing that only made up for it was the help of the U-Haul manager ”Andrew” and waters from the store.

ROBERTO CIt was difficult to find as the UHaul sign is small and only posted on the front glass of the building. They do have other yard signs but they are obstructed by landscaping. The only clue I had was that there were two other UHaul items in the lot behind the store.
