Truck cabin dirty, tire with air low. No solutions from u-haul or store. Issues with the system, truck was active when it was returned.

Anton OThe U-Haul side of stuff was good. But the specific shop or authorized dealer was just off. There was no U-Haul branding, it wasn’t even visible until after I went in the store. The address didn’t specify anything. The employee took my information, said he’d get a call from U-Haul, 10 minutes later he gets a text and hands us the keys. After dropping off, he said we would get the email in 10 minutes, took them over 12 hours.
Alex CI got a vehicle with mechanical issue and I lost $150 because of it. Never again.
