Expand hours so personnel are present at 3pm,4pm….
GILBERT N- mobile check in was not available to me when I tried. - location opened up late (past 9am), which further caused delays in my move - I dropped off the truck hours early, but it still appeared as open contract 24 hours later. This took 3 different calls to resolve, each time the customer service rep becoming ruder and ruder.
Andrew GLoved it!!!
PAUL MNo notes. Customer service was great.
Brian DHarris was very accommodating!
SHAWNEETA GAppears it's a well managed operation and no improvements needed!
karen cDid not see or speak to anyone, left vehicle in Dropbox.
Robert GThe agent was extremely helpful. Since I picked up and dropped off the van after hours and had difficulty with the reservation/uploading images, he answered my phone calls and solved my issues satisfactorily. Great customer service!
Danny CKeep up the excellent work thank you
DAVID WLocation was hard to find and get to. Price for truck was way above what it should’ve been and was charged for mileage when prior experience it was included.
Sophia FHad a 6 hour drive from dc to Ohio. Come to find out the back inner wheel of driver said was completely flat the whole time. The location allowed me to pick up a truck with a bad tire that I had to wait over an hour for roadside assistance to fix (which Mark the roadside guy was great!). The location also did not have any Dollie’s beside one that I had asked for and no furniture pads in truck which I had also asked for. I want my money for those items and the tire problem compensated.
Gino BThey are the best
THELMA CPersonnel were not at the location during business hours.
Daniel LTerrible experience. Guy had no idea what he was doing. Area was all snowed in and truck was covered in snow. I don’t know if I check the truck out properly or not. Or even if I was able to return it. I was also charged double because I kept it an additional two hours but the rate is for the day.
Beckham BHave smaller vans available,
THOMAS TVehicle was clean and well-maintained, however the facility itself could use a "facelift" to make it more welcoming to customers.
Gill SDrop off was done without personnel so no interactions with staff, but the location was easily accessed.
ROBERT FKeep it up!
HADDUSH GIt would be nice if we could be transferred to the actual local location rather than the calls going to a call center. The call center should be able to transfer calls to the actual location. We had questions that only the local location could answer, but never was allowed to speak to them.
DAVID HNo need to improve.
SHARON MMake it a bit user friendly the system. For new user it is a bit complicated
Ahmad DHarris is a great dude. Thank u for the service and help.
ROBERT BIt is easy for me to access. The sales guy was very nice and helpful. When I arrived I didn’t know where to enter the building bc there is no sign. That is there is no sign indicating the U-Haul sales office is here. Once inside the building, it was absolutely dindgy and smelled of body odor. I like that this location exists. It at least needs a sign outside of where to enter the building. Furthermore, when I was leaving with the trailer. And making a right onto telegraph Road, which is busy there is a sign that blocks the view of oncoming traffic. That is a safety issue that needs to be addressed.
ROBERT BCustomer service was on point
David BThe location was awesome everything was awesome
Aisha AJust a bit of dirt left in the box. Location was great to deal with. Will probably use them again in the future when another move requires it.
Jim DThe drop off literally looked like an abandoned lot. I didn't even know there were people there who work for UHAUL.
ANDREW NThe truck was very dirty but since it was the only 10’10 truck they had I didn’t have any options, it stink very bad smelling like dogs and smoke, the U-Haul assistant was very rude, he was on the phone the entire time of assisting me, He told me it would be easier if he put my car on the tow dolly and hook it up versus me watching the video and doing it myself, he was very rushy the entire process I believe that’s how he hooked the tow dolly and my car up wrong. My car fell off my tow dolly so many times while I was on the road, I didn’t even know how to put the car back on the dolly or how to hook it back up, so my 24hr drive turned into a 4/5 day trip because I had to stop every few hours to put the car back on the tow dolly. When I arrive to the drop off location the U-Haul attendant was surprised that car didn’t kill anyone or cause a bad accident and I showed her how I had to keep stopping to put the car back on the tow dolly. I drove from Virginia to Colorado with my car was slipping and falling off the tow dolly the whole drive here.
Marcellous YGreat location at the exit of 495 next to gas station. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
HAMMAD SWebsite to return was a disaster. In a sketch part of town and pictures took forever to upload.
Brian KHarrison and Muhammed were warm and welcoming, flexible and understanding of what I was going through as a homeowner moving my belongings. Moving one's personal objects, especially those held over many years, can be trying emotionally and physically. Harrison and Muhammed showed outstanding customer service and made the whole process enjoyable and emotionally rewarding. I cannot thank them enough!
John WThe cable to the gate was broken. The door would fall shut unexpectedly which almost decapitated me several times.
robert dIt was after hours turn in. No i teractions with employees.
Walter KThe gas tank was below a quarter tank. Service was fast and professional.
Hugh OI got caught in traffic and they were kind enough to not do a late return fee. Very grateful. Thank you.
STUART GExcellent service and customer support! Highly recommend the U-Haul CDL Telegraph Road location!
Matthew BIt was dark. I was there late and for a short time.
Bob GReally poorly lit parking lot next to a psychic shop. Felt kind of unsafe dropping off at night with such poor lighting
MADELINE JIt was a side-of the road dirt lot. It should have better pavement and fencing. The guy on the phone was very prompt and professional
Gabriel JThe staff was very efficient and helpful! I was glad to be able to pick up the UHaul here!
Emily CVery much everyone was so pleasant.
WAYNE TI don't see anything that they need to change because they are excellent people.
SAUL EI likef the staff they were nice however the truck they rented me was not cleared to be rented. The seat beat was defective and would not stay in the locked position. I found this out the hard way when I was cut off on I495 and had to slam on the brakes to avoid a tractor trailer that swerver into my lane. The seat beal released and I slamed into the steering wheel. When I returned the truck the staff did admit the truck was released in error and they said sorry however that did nor make may sore ribs feel anu better. Another matter which occured was I thought my rental include 300 extra miles since I had to return to truck back to where I rented it. I drove in th Rehoboth Beach DE to drop off my stuff in a storage locker however I forgot my keys to the lock and my wallet (Drivers License) so the facility would not let me cut off the lock. Since I thought I hade 300 extra miles I drove the truck back to VA got the keys and then returned to DE and drioped off my stuff. You charged my $189 for the extra miles. It seems unfair you rent me a damaged truck and its on me and I screw up and drive extra miles and its also on me! You guys win no matter what!

LUDY LI think U-Haul should make clear that there are trailering fees, environmental fees, etc. to clients. U-Haul is still a pretty good deal, but it would help a bit to know there are substantial fees attached.
Frederick WWe rented a tow dolly and about 2 hours into the 9 hour trip we had to get the car on the dolly towed back home and we headed back. The tow dolly most likely improperly attached by the U-HAUL employee causing fluid to leak from the car. It is now in the shop - car was fine before loading it into the tow dolly and then it wasn’t!
Maria RFor a 1k trip have a truck with cruise control. Shit was hell without.
Steve PExcellent
TICO BTruck was super dirty inside to begin with. I told the person I was moving to Florida and needed everything in good shape to hit the road for my move. Additionally, the trailer I used to transport my car had extremely bald tires all around and was in horrible shape. The driver side tires on the trailer blew out on my way to Florida almost causing an accident, came very close to total disaster for me and my family! I was forced to pull over at a Hotel, called roadside assistance and waited 4 hours overnight so they could change the driver’s side trailer tires. Three days later on our way to our final destination the tires on the passenger side of the trailer blew out on highway 95 and again, came very close to an accident. I had to wait another 3 hours for roadside assistance to replace 2 tires! I’m beyond disappointed!!! Faulty equipment and lack of basic care put our lives in danger multiple times during our move and extended our trip many hours/days due to multiple stoppages forcing us to spend unnecessary money in hotels!!! Stay away, period!!!
Paulo VGreat
DAVID SSignage should be more clear.
