It took 2 hours to complete the rental process. I had only 2 hours to move heavy furniture. I was glad I was given 3 additional hours to move all my items from the storage facility. I could not endure going through that process again.Coty M.

The clerk here was not at the location when I arrived or dropped off the truck it made it very inconvenient for me considering the website didn't work for pick up or delivery. I had to contact customer service and wait on hold on so many occasions throughout the day. The agents were rude and unhelpful and by the end I was double charged and still couldn't get ahold of an agent to get it resolved the wait time was over an hour long with customer service and other agents just transferred me to a different one. The in store representative ended up calling me over the phone and was rude and in my personal business. He was unhelpful inconsiderate and unprofessional. Apparently a daycare is ran above the store and that's where he was hanging out the whole time with the door locked during business hours. Renting a uhaul was a mistake and I still haven't received the money on the overcharg and was set back at least three hours over the complications picking it up with an extra two for the phone calls and wait times. I still can't get ahold of anyone to resolve my issue. Be careful as well when you pick it up and drop it off the mileage wasn't correct on the truck and I was charged twice I reserved the truck until 6:30 I dropped it off by 2:15 and with over the gas.Jennifer B.

This U- haul company is a fraud. The owner was so unprofessional and never checked gauges for accurate paperwork then claims I owe money. The company's app to return the truck does not connect unless your right out front the facility. This place is no good RUN.. they have a daycare upstairs from the UHAUL rental where only grown creepy men work.🧐🐍Laverna F.

Really poor cell service which made the online check-in near to impossible. Although there was an attendant onsite, they were not helpful at all and only offered for me to step outside in an attempt to get service and complete rental. The cab of the truck was clean but smelled horrible. Located in a not so great part of town and did not offer parking of personal vehicle so it had to be left across the street at Family Dollar. The truck was on empty upon picking it up and only had 23 miles to empty. Although this was the only truck left in Kansas City after my original reservation was cancelled, if I had it to do over again, I would not rent.Gwenda S.
Unfortunately, I can't remember the owner's name, but he was great to work with. I don't care about the aesthetics of a trailer rental place, as long as the equipment works and the people are nice. Those boxes were checked.Michael M.

Used the mobile pick up. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They never tell you anything you need to do before hand. The customer service lady lies to me claiming they would dispatch somebody after they couldn't verify my identity because they would call and hang up after I would answer for me and my alternate contact were called. I had to call back and wait on hold for 25min and when they finally got ahold of my contacts they took forever doing so. The whole point of mobile apps is to be time efficient. It's a joke! You need to inform the customer that they will need to do like 15 steps to even just get verified to pick the truck up so we can inform people we need to verify our identity so they can answer there phone otherwise you can't pick your truck up especially when the location is closed where you're picking it up. Also I had to get charged then be refunded the amount of money for the gas being wrong from the last person who didn't fill, which shouldn't be able to happen. Need a better system so that doesn't happen either. Fix your mobile shit because it was the dumbest, most inconvenient way to use uhaul.Melissa P.
The original equipment I went to pick up was muddy and gross. Not acceptable for transporting my items. The shop was not well organized at all and staff needed some training to be able to help customers on site and not wait for the person who could use the computer and not have to call for reference every time I had a question or issue. Nobody was there when I needed 2 pick it up. I called 10 uhaul places that day after 9 a.m. before I got someone 2 finally tel me the address to the location because my email only told me the company name. By time I finally got that info I was 5 min late & the uhaul guy showed up 45 min after that. The phone operator told me 2 ask for vip certificate & uhaul guy had no idea what that was so I got taken all the way around by u guyslorenzo B.

This is not a U-Haul store as you might think it's one of their license agents. We placed our reservation at their corporate location and the day before it was changed us to 2Sons LLC. We arrived at the location by 8:30am, owners brother was in parking lot he called the owner to let him know that we arrived and 15min later his wife showed up. Trailer was attached and we moved inside to finish the paper work. By 10:15am we were ready to go. Almost 2 hours later that is unacceptable the reason for the down time was that the owner's wife didn't have proper training to use U-Haul portal. To improve this location I believe anyone that works there or is helping out should be trained to use the portal and procedures.Lukaz G.
You need to have a better system of reservations so that when I reserve at a specific time I know that I am getting it at that time. Uhaul is a terrible company and I will not be using them again.Alexandra S.
