Everything went fine. The truck was ready for pickup and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were short 12 pads but we didn't need them anyway so it saved $10. I can't think of anything to improve.

This was my second time renting a 6x12 cargo trailer from this location. The equipment was in great shape and the customer service provided was top notch. Needed the trailer for an extra day and that was no problem and handled professionally.

I booked my uhaul at this location because it was closest to my move location and at $1.19 per mile, it makes sense. Uhaul called me to switch my location to a neighbouring city. I was clear in telling them that I wanted this location so they told me it could not be at the Bridges Street location. When I called the owner at my preferred location he told me that he has plenty of trucks so I booked with him directly. Uhaul called and tried to move me again...so it was cancelled. I spoke with the owner, Mr . Lawrence and he booked me again assuring me that he will do what it takes to make my move go smoothly. Uhaul cancelled.....this "dance" went on for about ten bookings. I was ready to throw in the towel in defeat and book Penske....I made a reservation there at 89 cents a mile, so the truck rental came to be the same price. Mr. Lawrence was accommodating and told me that he just wants me to be happy and once again assured me that he will take care of it and he WILL have my truck and anything else I needed even if he had to drive elsewhere and get a truck. This personal service, where you are treated like family clinched it for me and I cancelled Penske. I had no email confirmation of truck rental since uhaul refused to let me book my location. I had moving help booked, so I was slightly worried but I kept faith in Mr. Lawrence and I'm glad I did. My truck was there, he gave me some of his own blankets to use since I went through a hard time with uhaul. His lot was full of trucks, so I have no idea why corporate uhaul kept switching me...maybe to get more money by making me go to another city? I don't know but uhaul service gets a big fat ZERO...Mr. Lawrence and his personal touch in looking after his customers gets a 5++++ My advice is call the Uhaul pickup location directly and talk directly with him. I am beyond pleased with the service I received from the Bridges Street location.

I had a tremendous amount of aggravation when it came to my drop-off. The checking was forgotten.i found out by accident and was told that I had to take it 10 to 12 more miles away . Finally got it through uhaul s brain on the telephone that I was never sent there and was sent to closest spot which was 3 miles away. Then checkin was forgotten until I went back and waited .this persons place of business was is incorrectly listed. Checkout bad..

I rented a UHAUL trailer for 24 hours, I only used it for 8 hours and then returned it. I then I get charged a drop off fee. This is not a business that has a secured fence. What a rip off.

Rented a 6x12 trailer for a last-minute college student move. Everything worked and it was in good working order. The rental office has recently moved to the side of the Grocery & Grill. Great inventory, Great customer service, Convenient location.

The Four Posters Uhaul location was awful and made me wait over 1.5 hrs for my return and still never showed up to open the door but the 2000 Bridges St was the only responsible, helpful business representative in Morehead City, NC. You need to shut down the Four Posters location in order not to loose more business in the future.

Showed up and the parking lot was blocked. Parked around back and a man in normal clothes and with a cigarette in his mouth came and took my keys and told me the truck was good. I went to the office and the door was locked. Feeling uncomfortable, I got the managers number from the man and it was disconnected. I then called U-Haul who told me this was to be expected and to go home. It then took 30 hours and another call to uhaul to get a receipt that my truck was checked in, finally allowing me to breathe a sigh of eeief because I knew the truck wasn't stolen. This was an incredibly uncomfortable experience both because of the delay of the official check in and because the staff and location were not really identifiable as a part of uhaul.

Customer service was terrible. We had to wait a long time before we were waited on and it took forever to get through the transaction. They didn't tell us to lock down the back door after we put all our furniture in there. We are driving down the road and the back opened up on us and we almost lost our furniture. Also we went over railroad tracks and almost lost the uhaul. It came unhooked and we had to go by another Uhaul place for them to put it on correctly so we could finish our drive. Also when we went to take it back we couldn't get the ball off and the guy commented “it's a mans job”. Not cool

The online return process is a pain in the butt, suggest avoiding the whole online process and just go in the store and speak with the owner, he will take good care of you.

The service was extremely slow, and after rental issues seemed to never end. I would never recommend this location to another person, and I will not be returning. Also, 1/3 of the over-the-phone customer service representatives from the Uhaul main office in Raleigh were absolutely terrible, and this should be addressed with her immediately. Her name was Skye, and she was incredibly rude and did not provide near the amount of help that your other representatives provided.

I went in a few days early to book the the truck. The pick up was scheduled for 12pm the day of my reservation. When I got there they said there was no reservation and I had to do it all over again. I had to load up my stuff and this delayed me 45 minutes

Be more considerate of your customer's needs. Please offer apologies, and not penalties if YOU change the drop-off location. According to your website, you may charge customers if they change a drop-off, you however offer no such reimbursements when you arbitrarily change the location. Bad business practices.

U-HAUL IS WAY TO EXPENSIVE, I HAD THE TRUCK FOR 2 HOURS AND DROVE 34 MILES FROM THE TIME I LEFT THE DEALER TO THE THE TIME I RETURNED TO THE DEALER AND I WAS CHARGED $73.00 DOLLARS. THIS IS SERIOUSLY A RIP OFF.

Unorganized, did not know how to properly work the computer to complete the reservation. Took way longer than it should. I'll think twice before returning. The actual trailer I rented was fine, no problems in that aspect. Customer service was terrible.
