The man i talked to had to call his boss to see if i could drop off truck and trailer ,,He took my name and phone # and the keys ,,this was before 11;00 am Thursday ,,I get a call from place i first picked to drop off said i was late dropping off not showing checked in if i dropped off some were else ,,I drove back to place i dropped off they closed at 4:00 pm I called the # on Building and left a massage ,,We were flying out Fri am @ 9:30 So we did not get much sleep worrying if truck was checked in and a late fee !! I drove there at 7:00 am when they open the Owner was there and doing paper work he said it was all checked in ..and i was just over on millage .......

Gay REverything done electronically is difficult for old people.
Charlene FThe inside of the truck cab was a mess. Coffee spilled all over the dash. Salt or sugar all over. Floors were not swept out.
Andrew LIn the trailer it's self there were missing ring for the tie straps be sure they are replaced because it made my haul a touch more difficult and my harley wasn't secure to which it caused some damage. The location was fine staff was friendly just the u-haul equipment was needing attention
John MNo one at location. No one answered phone when we called to tell them we were returning truck. No sure of exactly where to leave it. Key deposited in lock box and info left on message to company.
Michael TThe guy there said he don’t do The rentals his boss was out picking someone up and be right back. Boss never came back and he did the rental. Made me late for a pick up. I was not pleased!

Randy TIt would be extremely helpful to identify which hookup harness is needed for each particular trailer on your web site incorporated in the scheduling process. There was too much of a delay trying to locate an adapter that was 4 flat to 7 blade. The rental place did not have these on hand and had to send out to have one delivered. There was a 1 1/2 hour delay. They did good getting me one, but the info should be part of the on line scheduling so the customer knows.
Thomas BThey did not provide the appliance dolly that I had ordered. However, UHaul did provide a dolly at the unloading destination.
WESLEY CThe check in process is to long and detailed, some the things required should be asked for when the reservation is set up. Worst experience for a check in I have ever experienced.

Tracy BPlease make sure the trucks are indeed swept out inside before renting to the next person. If unable to do so,let the next renter know and give them something free or a small discount.

DANTE MCharged 82.00 for 2 hours and put 10.00 in tank...said they closed at 8pm and they actually closed at 4pm...terrible...never again!!
Tara KUhaul's after hours drop off is very cumbersome and ridiculous given that you have to pay a $20 "convenience" fee to check it in the next day because "THEIR" business is closed.
Jeffrey SI don't care for the mobile app, I would prefer to speak with a person it would be least confusing.
