I did not like that fact that if I the customer had a code pick up, where you enter a code and there was difficulty and you called customer service to assist there’s nothing you can do but recommend another location until the office opens. The experience I had with Uhaul was terrible!!! I finally got the key to the truck I reserved with the help of the storage unit manager and got the truck, only to have a message on my phone waiting for me by Uhaul letting me know they didn’t have a contract with me and they are going to call the police and report the truck stolen. Message left by a woman named Susan who I called in the morning about the code I was having trouble with. Then I was charged for extra insurance fee of $14.00 which I did not asked for and I had to put in a claim to receive a refund. Terrible service from Uhaul. Horrible experience that your company was going to call the police on me and left it on my voicemail. At this point I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone!

DEAN was wonderful with the return process however I had a horrible experience with dispatch/uhaul for poor customer service, rude, releasing the incorrect truck with no equipment, not willing to fix the situation etc. Valerie was unbelievably rude, pushy and not helpful at all. Cost me more money bc of lack of supplies due to her incompetence. Extremely disappointed with uhaul service.

Nobody was there for my 8 am pickup. So I had to make a new reservation at another location for 11 AM. When I returned the van at 2:30 PM nobody was there for the return even though the facilities were supposed to be open until 4 PM. When I used the dropbox for the return the scanner did not work so I could not video the return. The van was fine but the service was awful.

I got charged for Gas incrorectly. I was told to make sure 7/8th were in the car, which i did. I was charged for having 3/4ths full which is false! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in U-Haul for allowing that to happen. There were also a ton of "hidden fees" in the final bill I would never recommand U-Haul to a friend after this experience

This location went beyond the norm to help me out after I had quite a bit of trouble booking a truck online. The mans name was Darren and even stayed later past his time to go home to make sure I had a truck for the next day You’re lucky to have such an employee

I am not sure what U-haul policy is, or if rates have changed, etc. As I havent moved in four years, I was not sure what to expect. But I do know that in total, my last U-haul reservation was less than 70 dollars with the insurance added. This time my total was over 100, and that is without calculating the gas I put in. In my opinion, $0.99c per mile is utterly ridiculous. By the time that truck needs to be replaced, you'll be able to buy three of them. It is a racket. And the reason I am leaving that info here is because I am not sure how U-hauls central branding operates. I don't know whether that is standard, or if I was just gouged by the storage location that I rented my truck from, which was chosen FOR me by the U-haul rep i spoke to over the phone. I was not informed of pricing or mileage charges by the rep I spoke to, either. I have no way of knowing. There are not clearly defined standards or pricing in place. So I could never recommend that location to anyone. And next time I move, I will be hiring professionals.

Truck was not ready for us for online check in. Took 3hrs to straighten it out. Which made our ENTIRE day off schedule. The customer service at the location was great but the U-HAUL customer service was HORRIBLE!

We have used u haul many times and I have never had such a terrible experience. I was given incorrect information, sent to the wrong pick up location and no one was there when we return the truck even though the location was open for business. Not good
