Truck made funky noises when starting to go from a full stop. Was just a simple, local, one-day-move. Got the job done. Pickup and Dropoff were a breeze.
JOSHUA KYour website is awful! I found this great location by chance. After four days of messing with your website and an incompetent Budget truck rental, this site was a relief and joy. You can do better on your website than telling people after they’ve found a vehicle that it isn’t available at that location.

In this time there has been a handful of organizations that have met my expectations and advertised expectations just like "they say"! how ever! this place, Michelle and Wendy were there to put hands down any businesses I have ever used, with their ability to meet professionalism, knowledgably, personality, inclusive, polite, politically correct and even down to earth hospitality ! I never from the moment I glanced thru the window of their office felt any hesitations or second guessed, the prices were as great, the vehicles in excellent condition, and the performance of it and all working order. DANIEL EPut jacks on the trailers so customers don't hurt their backs when unhitching the trailers. No one was at the location to assist with the drop off. I don't know if their office area was clean.
JAMIE TNot a good experience with this location since they close at noon on Saturdays, besides there is no sign that shows the truck return location, which is usually posted at other U-Haul locations!

ANTHONY JThe inside of the trailer had broken glass all over the floor. We swept it up and left the trailer in clean condition. Otherwise, the check in process was easy, the employee friendly and the trailer pulled really well. It was easy to pick up and drop off.
