The app did not work properly. I could not take the before pictures of the van. However, it was not a problem as the van was perfect with about 4600 miles on it. I have been a loyal user of U-haul since the early 90s when the in-town trucks were Manual Transmission F250s with a box, with no A/C, maybe a radio and there was always something wrong with them light brake lights or turn signals. Over the years, U-Haul has impressed me with how they up the bar on quality almost every time I rent from you. The van had everything imaginable, including Apple CarPlay! Probably the best thing this time was your policy change to make the vehicles non-smoking. Thank you!
