Truck was full of hay and we had to sweep out entire truck before we could put our stuff in, also I ordered 12 blankets they did not have but they did run the dolly out to our house that they forgot so kudos there.

The personal charged me 121 dollars for no reason. I brought it back with a shade under 1/2 a tank the same as it was when I checked it out. The guy never even went to look at the vehicle or take my paper work. While I loved the place where I checked it out I will probably do everything possible not to utilize uhaul again.

Terrible location, check in guy didn’t speak English and had no idea how to work the uhaul system. The lot is super uneven with debris everywhere(concrete, wood, cinder blocks). No structure or designation where trucks or trailers should be parked. Worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had, used to be awesome back in the day.

I did not receive the dolly that I requested prior to pick up. I placed the order online when I arrived to pick up uhaul there was no dolly. Sucked moving up 3 flights of stairs without it.

Car Dolly needs repair to use. Left front tye down ratchet was dragged and out of slot, strap was abraded and broke during transport , no tail light on right side , no license plate . And customer service spoke very little English, also no answer of there phone to make contact before rental.U-Haul app to take photos did not work on IPhone but took pictures and saved to phone . Sorry way to run a business
