The guy in the gas station was not helpful at all when i asked if the truck would be gas he said it was diesel. Even though the key says GAS thank God I consulted AI before returning it. Besides this very inpatient and didn’t explain anything. I would use U-Haul again but not in this location.

Uhaul wasnt ready and blankets were not available.
Emily NTeach the team how to bring up a reservation. It took him about 15-20 minutes to find my reservation and kept telling me am I sure I selected that location for pickup. I showed him the reservation email at least 3-4 times. He was about to call his boss when he finally found my reservation. He also tried to charge me more than quoted online but I got him to fix it based off the quoted price.
