Please improve the app, check the location and improve the service at the location. The app was not responsive and even the dealer at the location was not responsive. Also the procedure to book the uhaul needs to improve. It was my first time renting a uhaul and it was a pathetic experience.Saumil S.

The location is convenient but it can use a little more help I was supposed to get the truck at 11:30am didn't get it till 12:00 pm but overall the service was okPatrick L.
