How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe trailer was not swept out. It had quite a bit of sand in it. Ensure the paperwork and actual gas gauge matches the reported amount of fuel. Although I failed to report the discrepancy before I left the rental center. So, my bad also!

ADRIAN HLet them know when selecting a truck on the app that all trucks are subject to a 100 dollar deposit. Not only that, but I was charged 1.19 per mile for anything over 67 miles because y'all made my trip impossible to achieve in 67 miles. I had to drive 22 miles out of my way to get the stupid truck, then drive it over 50 miles away and your drop of facility is over 10 miles from my house. When you ask (what's your current address) it makes you think that you want the address to the place where your loading your stuff. That's not what you wanted, you wanted the physical address of the truck to calculate mileage, but you should have the physical address of the truck seeing how it was your fucking app that sent me to that's specific location to receive the truck! So what you are doing is using a commonly misunderstood phrase to profit off of people's mistake for using your company to begin with. Now my deposit that I was told about seconds before it happened is tied up for God knows how long even though the truck is in the same condition it was when I picked it up with more fuel actually and the same dirt in the floor boards. We don't have red dirt in FL like that truck from Arizona has in the floor boards. I will never recommend uhaul again. If I ever need something like this again, I will use Penske or another competitor.
