It took 20 mins to check out. and when returning, I was told I have to do it on the website, since I reserved from the site. Since it's in a convenience store, the clerk needed to take care of another customer all the time. it took me about 30 mins to return the truck

I recently received two receipts for the same transaction, each showing different amounts and including charges I did not expect. When I reached out to the staff for clarification, they were not very accommodating and seemed dismissive of my concerns. Instead of offering to resolve the issue promptly, they insisted that I call back only during a time that suited them, which felt unhelpful and unprofessional.

The person at the store was slow and unresponsive. I get the sense he did not understand the process very well and he seemed confused about my questions about dropoff and payment. It also took about 45 minutes to get processed. The parking in this place was very large and easy though.

The interface of software did not make my latest update of removing the insurance and I had to wait for the vendor to call Customer service to ask them how to remove the insurance money and deduct them from total amount. When I do change an order, it should uodate in your system instantly, after 12 hrs it was still not updated as per my edited order … Very disappointing of software interface flaws … Angela Fytikas Last time we ordered a truck we had to pick up a lot of furniture and we both took the day off, they had no truck for us , Someone made a mistake in booking the truck and they didn’t give us a vehicle at all , all day !!!! Very disappointed and upset to say the least!!!

When we booked the vehicle, we opted for no insurance and that we will cover if any damage, the store person kept pushing us to buy the insurance and made their own policy. They didn’t follow any policy of U-haul & kept making their own policy, wasted our 30 mins & delayed our work. Would never recommend to anyone about this location.

Fuel was little below from full when I took it, and I filled the fuel as per my usage kms, but the store owner was arguing about it, I had taken pictures of fuel gauge before and after both, I showed it to him then only he believed me.

Dishonest franchisee added a $25 cleaning fee without my knowledge, I only found out when the final invoice was sent, there was no explanation or proof. When I returned the vehicle they said the system was down so they can’t close the order and told me to just leave, they did not do any final inspection. I was certain I kept the vehicle in exact condition when i first received it.

The car was very dirty, the tire pressure for one of the tires was 20 psi below the recommended. The front windshield was greasy on the inside. The steering wheel after using it made my hands very sticky. Needs to be professionally detailed.

Terrible customer service and because of lack of their knowledge I ended up paying extra 42$ I was told since I selected 50kms I don’t have to fill gas and the guy I hired to drive returned and left later I got the call saying the gas isn’t filled then why were we told that 50kms all that It’s a scam this was my first hiring uhaul and never gonna do that so that’s it

The uHaul agent arrived 25 mins after my pick up time. I had to wait another 20 for them to input all my info…. I didnt get my rental till 45 mins after my time of pick up. The inside wind shield was so dirty it was difficult to see when the sun was shining on us, the right windshield clean sprayer was not working. He was nice and polite.

Even after successfully returning the truck and handing the keys at the counter, the employee did not process and complete the order. As a result, I had to revisit the location to ask them to complete the order as it showed that we did not return the truck on time but we did.

Uhaul or the store is literally cheating customers with fuel level indicator. I took the vehicle with 1/2 level fuel but the store marked 5/8th mark . At the time of return store guy told to make it 5/8th mark which I don’t need to as it was half when I took. I again filled the gas to 5/8th on which I put 15$ extra gas. This is very bad on Uhaul and I will never take a Uhaul in life nor recommend it to someone. Thanks

Vehicle was delivered 30 minutes late than the the pickup up time.I got the keys at 10pm but was charged starting from 9:50. This was a conevenience store location and they made me wait while they were attending the other customers.

Van was supposed to be picked up at 8am. The gentleman behind the counter didnt know what to do. My son had to then use mobile pickup. The owner finally showed up at 840am, finally able to leave. Same situation on the return of the vehicle. Very very poor customer service. I called the location after getting my receipt emailed as I was overcharged. The gentleman said you call head office and hung up me. The infuriating part was, I had gone into this location on Friday and told them to make sure we will be ready to leave with our rental by 8am and he said the owner doesnt show up until 9am. I told him to call the owner as the reservation is for 8 not 9am. This location should NOT be part of the uhaul name, pathetic service all around.

The vehicle was a disgusting dirty mess. The indicator light was on requiring air in the tires. The attendant's attitude was one of oblivion stating that this was the only vehicle they had. I tried to call UHaul several times, but the wait time was ridiculously long. The whole experience was horrible!!!!

Hi, This location is just a franchisee of U-haul. When you look for things to rent, website shows lot of things. They have ONLY furniture dolly nothing else. I ordered for 4-wheel dolly from website and received 2-wheel dolly. The van was not clean and dirty cabin as well. It was awful. But, last year I got a very nice van from another location. If anyone needs more stuff other than van and dolly, look for U-haul stores. Otherwise you don't get anything. Staffs were friendly but I am not at all satisfied with van cleanliness. Rate was okay and its affordable if you drive by yourself. Thanks Jain

This locations is awful! The guys working at the mart are very rude, we received a terrible customer service!! We paid for furniture pads and they said they didn't have any there and when we asked for a refund they completely ignore us. Really really bad experience at this location! If i knew i would have easily gone to the warden location, so please to avoid other customers horrible experience just remove this location! Daisy mart CAN'T do this job!!!
