BELINDA SThe furniture and appliance dolly were not in the truck. The truck had not been cleaned and had water in the storage part. The window of the cab had been left open, and water had rained into it. The cab smelled like someone had smoked a full pack of cigarettes in it. The gas had only been filled to 7/16 not half like it's supposed to be.

Bryce P30 West was the third U-Haul location that I checked to rent a car dolly. The first location in my local town of North Manchester did not have the needed equipment. The second location (in Warsaw, 25 miles from me) had one car dolly in inventory but one of the tail lights was not working. 30 West had multiple units in inventory, but the first one they rented to me also had a non-functioning tail light. Fortunately, the lights on their second unit worked and I was able to continue with the rental. Once connected, the dolly worked well. Even with the car loaded on the dolly it followed the truck smoothly and without issue. 30 West took good care of me through the transfer from the original rental location, the equipment lighting issue, the cold and the snow. I will not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

THOMAS HThe staff at the drop-off location was very helpful. Before I was able to exit my truck, a staff member showed me where to park the trailer. He then unhitched the trailer by himself. I didn't have to get out of my truck. I will probably be making at least one more reservation to Warsaw, IN, and I will request this drop-off location.
