316 Self Storage was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. A clean and secure place to store our things for a while until our new house was built. If you’re needing storage in the Winder/Bethlehem/Statham area you can beat this place.

Be upfront and honest about pricing. Was told it would be 54$+tax. The emailed receipt showed 74+tax. They lied. And when I called to question it they said it wasn't their problem and I needed to call uhaul directly. Very disappointed

They gave me an address to drop off the uhaul and trailer at a address that was invalid and the phone number when I'm in town to drop off was not in seevice. I called self storage back he said have I uhaul customer service. I was very frustated and called uhaul service and they gave me a place to drop it off. I took it there and they said, I need to take it somewhere else to drop it off. Finally we found another uhaul and I called cistomer service back to see if I can drop it there. The third uhaul in hickory was very helpful. I can't believe I went through two places just to drop off the uhaul and trailer. My suggestion is please update all your uhaul drop off address and a uhaul representative need to call the drop of location first to see if the drop off location is the right one.

I have used uhaul trucks for many years and different locations. But this will be a location I will use from now on. The building and trucks were super clean and the staff went way and beyond being helpful. They most definitely made rental truck experience a whole lot better. I will be telling my family and friends about this location. 5 stars !!

A hidden gem. We called 10 other places before finding this one that actually had a 10-foot truck available. Even better, we were able to place our order and pick it up/drop it off contactless and fully online.

the staff at 559 smithfield are great but the corporate staff that keeps sending me around georgia on a scavenger hunt for basic moving items is awful. wasted much of my time patience and money

Cell signal is very poor in the area making self check out & check in challenging. The check in/return process requires several photos to be taken and uploaded. Guest WiFi would really help this process. The owners are wonderful, helpful people and have provided great service on multiple occasions.

I went in 316 self storage and within minutes they had me on my way! They are great people to deal with and uhaul Truck was in great shape!
