The online pick-up and drop off were very difficult. Poor internet reception at location. We called the 1-800 number for U-Haul, were told wait time maybe over an hour. The truck was good and I thought the cost of rental was very fair. Would use U-Haul again. Would pick up from a location with people behind a counter to help with problems.

I was even charged wrong. I told them I was going to return it on Sat. and they said they have camera so they will know. But charged me for Sun. I am going to do complaint to Uhaul about this
