DIVELL BMotorcycle trailer ramp is too short causing bike to bottom when loading / unloading. Trailer towed great. Easy to tie down. Difficult to load / unload.

JUANITA RI realize that it was Sunday, but there was nobody on staff. All I noticed were a bunch of signs telling me that if I didn't do everything they wanted, I would be charged extra. But the set up was not easy to understand.
