Equipment was not available and the guy that worked there was extremely rude? And because the equipment was not available, the task of moving furniture was very difficult and took much longer than expected. If someone makes a reservation for equipment, it should be available. But this man who didn’t seem to have much respect for women practically yelling at me about him not having control if someone takes it. I tried to ask him a question and he kept cutting me off and yelled”so what do you want, you want you money back, to be honest he was acting just like these typical racist and I will never go to the location again.
