Need to look at options to minimize the per mile charges. $1.09 per mile is outrageous

Dean HActually I had a difficult time during this rental... First of all they gave me the wrong seize, we wanted and ordered the van, only the 10ft. was available not right... Although the clerk was very efficient he was by himself in trying to run a convenience store and do booking for U haul. When I returned the truck I was told to park in the space I'd picked it up in, no I'm not working for you guys. Still haven't received the proper invoice, was told at the time I'd get in l0 to 20 mins... Could be ran a lot more efficient ... surprised.....

Scott GThis is my second rental from this location in three weeks. They make everything so quick and so easy. Unlike many other things in Customer Service these days, this location gets an A+ plus.
Richard GTried to scam me on the rate and gas. I drove 14 miles and put $10.00 worth of gas and they said I didn’t put in it what was in it when I left. Good thing I took pictures. I even bought the gas at the U-Haul location. They also tried to charge me more for the daily rate until I caught it before I paid.
MICHAEL LThe location in the young man that helped me was excellent. Could not have asked for an easier experience. The truck had 117,000 miles on it. I rated that it was OK because it did run OK and everything seemed to work, but it was missing the visors Inside. The driver seat was woolly worn out and made you lean towards the door when you sat in it. The tire pressure monitor light wouldn’t go off. But again, the location was awesome and they made it very easy. I just needed it for a day, so it was no big deal, but if I was going more long distance, I would’ve been a little disappointed.

tim kMake sure the location has the items ordered. Lost an hour of my rental time because I had to drive to another location to pick up the dolly I ordered. Then the only compensation was they didn’t charge me for the dolly but I paid for the extra gas and loss of rental time.

DORINE RThey charged me $36.09 for gasoline , although I put gasoline there before I returned the van. They claim I did not put enough. Now they put in the receipt 25.20, but the pending charge on my credit card statement says $36.09, which , if it goes through, I am going to dispute with my credit card company. I called the establishment, the lady said that they would look into it and call me back, which they did not. I wished I had never gone there yesterday, there is another facility on Huguenot road, which is further away, but I spoke with the owner on Friday, he did care about my situation finding a van, and I wished I had traveled the distance. I would never go to 360 Express Mart, and I would never recommend them.

John NThe truck assigned to me for the rental had seen its better days. Over 115K miles, broken driver visor, no passenger visor, bad sensor light (tire), broken storage bin (laying on floorboard). The truck served its basic purpose but wouldn't want it for an out-of-town move. The person who handled the check in/check out process was friendly. The rental technology made the process simple and efficient.

JEANETTE SNor enough adjectives to describe the drop off experience which included a very rude UHaul customer service rep who tried to tell me that I had to take my truck to another drop off location even though the one I had selected 10 days prior was approved. The poor employee at the gas station was beside herself when I refused to take the truck to another drop off location. I will NEVER use UHAUL again.

Josh EOverall, it was an easy pick up, use and return. The inside of the cab was a little dirty as the prior user had tracked some mud into the cab. However, the pickup truck met our needs and the clerk was very professional in addressing our concern. Would return.

JAMES TWhile the interior of the van (driver & passenger area) could have been a bit cleaner, the van was in good condition all in all. The van ran well and performed as we needed it. Overall, my wife and I were quite satisfied.

Michael MThe actual pickup location was over 20 miles away from my chosen pickup. However, my pickup day was a holiday and UHAUL provided a $20 credit on the rental. All in all, I was happy to get the tow dolly at all on a holiday regardless of where it was at; the pickup location went above and beyond with service; and I consider the rental a success.
TERESA BI asked rep not to add the insurance, but she added it. I did reach out to your online rep explaining the situation they simply said they will get back to me but issue is not resolved at all. I had to pay $15 unnecessarily.
