When I reserved the truck online it said I could pick up at 8 am. The attendant in the store told me that no, I can’t pick it up until 9 am. I then proceeded to do the online pickup using my phone. When I got to where it told me to pick up my key, she still was reluctant but I insisted and she gave it to me. She then wanted a picture of my license and credit card which I reluctantly agreed to so she now has a pic of the front and back of my license and credit card on an unsecured phone. This was a stressful and difficult pick up.

I have never visited a U-Haul location and could not make a walk-in reservation (EVER). I had to travel quite a distance to get there and do the same thing the next morning in hopes a 26-foot would be available. Glad I arrived in time. Also, it would be nice if the cost of mileage is posted. Public knowledge of rates gives a good feeling of honest business transactions. My recommendation to friends would be to inquire about the cost.

Had some system issues when I first got there the staff seemed unsure how to resolve initially but about 20minutes later everything worked and I had no issues. Would highly recommend this location for ease of getting rental and return.

Do you research before you rent from uhaul. What they dont tell you is they will run your credit card information but not charge you anything that day. If you have a friend pick up your truck for you they will get their credit card information & chatge every thing to your friends card. Shady as all.

The actual location was fine. Problem is, it was almost an HOUR from where I requested to pick my truck up from and I was charged for a 2-day rental when in all actuality, I only had the truck for about 24 hours from pickup to drop off.

We arrived at the drop off location closest to our home (as we were advised was acceptable) at about 12:30 AM. The location was closed and we attempted to use the online service to document our drop off. It did not work so we took a picture of the fuel gauge which was at a quarter of a tank, as it should be, and the mileage, which was two miles over. The next day we were charged $49.88, and the Uhaul rep reported that we only had an eighth of a tank of gas remaining, despite the picture we sent. He was unwilling to provide a refund. We should have only been charged the $0.80 for the two miles overage. Unacceptable!

The worker didn’t use the register to print me a receipt for boxes and blankets, he used an old accounting machine next to the register. I returned the next day because I forgot to ask for a receipt and when I tried to obtain a receipt, he told me it was too late, I should have asked yesterday. I called U-Haul corporate, spoke to a Woman and she didn’t see the receipt in the system so she called the location and couldn’t get the guy to produce a receipt either and she told me she’d call me back Monday the 5th of August with the receipt. I’m still waiting for that call and that receipt. I also tried to return the packing blankets to the gentleman at the rental facility and when calculating how much money I was due back, he changed the rates to try and reimburse me less. I had to argue with him for 20 minutes to get the appropriate amount of money back. The U-Haul had bottles in it, as well as plenty of dirt when I picked it up.

I though I rented the trailer for a 24 hour period. I pick up the trailer at 10:15 am on 8/15/2019 and I returned the trailer at 8:30 pm on 8/15/2019 and was charge for second day. The place of business was closed when I got there. I called today and man said I was later returning but only used the trailer for 10 hours not a full 24 hours. I will not be back. Thank You

I've rented from Uhaul a few times in the past month. Sometimes I choose the safe trip insurance. This time I did not. But when I returned the rental, I saw that I was charged for the safe trip insurance. I asked about it and the gentleman at the 360 Express Mart very politely explained to me that I did opt for the insurance (even though I didn't) and that I would have to contact Uhaul to get it removed. I think that it is very dishonest for Uhaul to charge me for something that I did not want. Hopefully I will not need any moving equipment for a while. If I do, I plan on taking my business elsewhere.

I would not recommend this location or ever patronize it again. Mr. Patel was unfriendly, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. I spent three hours at the location on the phone with Uhaul representatives because he refused to assist me. He could benefit from a few classes on customer service, sexism, and etiquette in the workplace.

26' truck we reserved was not available when we showed up with our movers; had to take smaller one and then pay one mover to take excess in his personal truck; paid more for this than we paid to Uhaul; very bad experience -- what's the point of a reservation???

Even though they were very busy and the lady was alone, she did a good job at helping everyone and she corrected my "dual" reservation that somehow was created at Uhaul online. I'll return here when I need Uhaul again.
