With no jack or help my husband had to deadlift the biggest trailer (2200 pounds) they have off the ground and on to the hitch, then hooked it up with no instruction from the dealer. Would this have been different if I as a woman would have went to retrieve this rental? There is absolutely no way I could have gotten it on the hitch.

Sharonda HHad a very frustrating experience. It was this location's fault, it was U-Haul's. The safety chain hooks don't fit normal hitches so I had to rent a much smaller trailer. I was supposed to get $25 off for my troubles as they offered another trailer 50 minutes away. I never received the $25 discount.
Marc MWonderful experience! It is a gas station, also, which is a HUGE plus so we could fill up right before check out. - This location did not show up in the Uhaul system for Craig to set as my drop off, so after Craig checked me out, I called and Liam setup my drop off at this location. - Beth was very nice and checked us out as soon as I arrived, so I could know my final amount due. She took care of everything - even printing my receipt, which I appreciated greatly - since Uhaul no longer emails a paid receipt. It only sends a link to go on a website to look at it, which is a hassle. Beth made it a lovely checkout experience. Great location!

RONNIE JMobile check in suxks. They made me get 2 contacts. At 9am no one is gonna answer their phone. It pissed me off. Luckily the guy at the store is awesome and got it taken care of in 30 second.

Anna RDriver's door would not completely close, fuel gauge not working properly ended up requiring me to fill up 15 gallons for a 60 mile rental, battery light stayed on.

DARRYL LArrived for them to tell me my reservation was canceled and they only have a 26’ truck available? Could not tell me who cancelled ? My reservation was for a 15 foot truck and charged me more the 26 foot truck Parking lot too small to maneuver a 26 foot truck around

Dean HActually I had a difficult time during this rental... First of all they gave me the wrong seize, we wanted and ordered the van, only the 10ft. was available not right... Although the clerk was very efficient he was by himself in trying to run a convenience store and do booking for U haul. When I returned the truck I was told to park in the space I'd picked it up in, no I'm not working for you guys. Still haven't received the proper invoice, was told at the time I'd get in l0 to 20 mins... Could be ran a lot more efficient ... surprised.....

Richard GTried to scam me on the rate and gas. I drove 14 miles and put $10.00 worth of gas and they said I didn’t put in it what was in it when I left. Good thing I took pictures. I even bought the gas at the U-Haul location. They also tried to charge me more for the daily rate until I caught it before I paid.
