My only issue with my rental was the fact that I requested and paid for a dolly/hand trucks and they failed to provide the equipment I paid for.

Michael LThis location is the worst I have ever dealt with. While clean and neat, the lady in the office said she wasn't supposed to hitch an auto tow dolly - she didn't know how, etc. Then she asked why I didn't have someone to help me. I have always rented equipment as a single woman and have NEVER had someone ask. Yes, I have even had a woman do the hook up for me. The equipment was rusty; the left rear (driver side) light was out. I was very disappointed in this experience !
SANDRA CThe location was staffed by a lady she was nice enough, but said she did not know how to hitch tow dolly to truck and get car on it. Asked why I didn't have a man with me to help. I have previously rented at other locations staffed by a woman and have never been asked that before. I made this reservation via a call in to Uhaul because I couldn't find a 15' truck . I took truck and tow dolly home that afternoon, then had to get a friend to take me the next morning to retrieve my car. Once car was loaded onto dolly and I did the light check, discovered left light on dolly was out. Also the dolly was very stiff, ratches nearly impossible to operate. RUST had to purchase WD40 and lubricate all areas for smooth operation.

Donald NI ordered online your services. They redirected my pick up to this larger facility. They did well, but the Online Service was way off in their fulfillment. I had ordered supplies for my move, ie: mattress & couch bags, a moving box. However when I picked up the truck none of the supplies were communicated to the pick up location that I needed these items. I assumed they lost the request. However One week AFTER my move was completed the supplies arrived in the mail except one item. I have been reimbursed by local stores for this gap, but I needed to leave a report about the problem. Otherwise U-Haul was a very satisfactory experience. THANK YOU for your service

GEORGE BThe full time older lady that works at this particular location is less than happy! It’s clear when she answers the phone and even more clear when you ask a question. I understand peoples have bad days, however, I spoke with her on two different occasions on two different days and it was the same “you’re bothering me attitude and tone of voice”. However, I will say there was a young lady that works at that location as well who was as nice as she could be. I wish I had gotten their names after this experience, unfortunately I did not. However, it would be easy for me to find out if need be..bit, I’m sure anyone that calls that location would be able to figure out exactly who I’m referring to. 👎 Either way, this location is no more than 6 miles from my house but I will for now on drive the additional 25 miles to the pick up location to deal with Victoria in Jasper.

Robert SI reserved a car trailer, when went to pick up said didn't have it, sent me to 3 different dealers and not one had one finally ended back up at this location and they gave me one sitting on the lot.
John BThe only think I had issues with was the self check in and out. Only because I have never done it before. It I went to the uhaul go through my email and I would try to take pictures to return my camera would not load up on gmail. However if I went to the website with google and logged in it would finally let me take pictures. I’m not sure why because I accepted to use camera while on my gmail but I had to literally open a link not from my gmail to make sure I got to take the pictures because I was worried it was not going to let me and I thought I was going to have to call customer support. I have an iPhone 7 Plus so I’m not sure what happened but I did get it done not clicking on the app through my email. But thank you so much your rates were great and we got moved all in one trip. We are greatly blessed with your company doing self service with your company to ensure the safety of sickness going around. Have a blessed day.
