The only think I had issues with was the self check in and out. Only because I have never done it before. It I went to the uhaul go through my email and I would try to take pictures to return my camera would not load up on gmail. However if I went to the website with google and logged in it would finally let me take pictures. I'm not sure why because I accepted to use camera while on my gmail but I had to literally open a link not from my gmail to make sure I got to take the pictures because I was worried it was not going to let me and I thought I was going to have to call customer support. I have an iPhone 7 Plus so I'm not sure what happened but I did get it done not clicking on the app through my email. But thank you so much your rates were great and we got moved all in one trip. I struggled with the mobile app pickup. Took 30 minutes to complete. The app keep forcing a reload if the web page. I returned the truck early so I could work with a real person to complete the return of the vehicle.kirk K.

The whole process was very simple via the app. Reservation to pickup to return. Since I picked up early morning before business hours, everything I ordered was in the truck and waiting. Nothing. The ladies in the office were great with customer service. The ladies were very helpful helping me decide which Uhaul truck or trailer I needed. They were very courteous even when I had to change my reservation. Plus, the day I picked up my 6x12 trailer the Uhaul rep was there so he hooked up my trailer. He made sure all my lights were working on the trailer before I pulled iout of the lot. Trailer pulled very well. Thank you!!LAURIE G.
The equipment was clean but not well maintained. it appear that that truck had been in an accident before and the vehicle kept swirling to the right. If you look at the grill you will see that the Ford sign is upside down. I think the vehicle needs an alignment as it will be very dangerous if it's being continued to be driven that way.Marisel Z.
I reserved a 10' truck over a month ago and was given a 15' truck. They wouldn't even try to correct the problem. Also, the lady at the desk said I had to pay for the additional insurance because it was mandatory. I spoke to another U-Haul facility and called the 800 U-Haul number and was told by both that what she told me was a lie. We have insurance and shouldn't have to purchase additional insurance.KENNETH R.

I picked up truck on 5-17-19 at 3:30 pm and dropped off on 5-18-19 at 8:30pm, just a few hrs over the 24 hr period and was charged for 2 days. Seems you could charge for the one day in that case, ...and mileage at return was exactly 119, not 119.5, but not going to fret that. Thanks.Gary D.

My trailer was not there that I rented . I came from out of town to pick it up and the trailer number they gave me wasn't there . I had to pick another one of the 3 that was smaller and use . I had to call the main uhaul hub to handle the terrible expirence .Bryan W.

Had our reservation for a long time. The purpose of this was to move all our belongings. Very important. Arrived and truck was not ready, problem with paperwork. And then the truck had a dead battery. Had guys coming to the house to load this truck with our heavy furniture, etc. Had to go to a different U-Haul to get our truck. Late getting back to our house because all the info had to be reloaded into your system. Then after the truck was loaded, we had to head back to your store to load our car on the trailer and that took forever. Asked to get a credit for all the inconvenience and got nothing. For the money we spent for this rental, that truck should have been ready to go; we shouldn't have had to wait an hour and then learn about the dead battery. And he said the dead battery was from the weather. You ave kidding me right? Very disappointed!! Much too expensive for what we got at this very stressful time!! However one positive note, after the car was put on the trailer, a U-Haul rep. who happened to be there, spent time with us explaining the workings of the truck and different things we may experience and who to call if we had an issue.JOHN M.

Last two times at this Ellijay location were terrible. First time she wouldn't provide a print out for me to bring to the return location. Said she would email, never did!?
