I called 45 minutes before my appointment to let him know I was in route. It was basically in the middle of a salvage yard. It took an additional 45 minutes to drag the trailer out of the weeds and around a junk car to get it hooked up to the rental van. This was not my original choice for pickup, not sure why my van and trailer were not where I selected pickup.Kenneth M.

Terrible location. It is a junkyard for old cars. No signage. No office. The owner was not at the location when I arrived. I had to talk to someone pulling parts off of a junk car to drop the trailer off & hope it was dealt with properly. I was then charged 2 extra days rental because the owner didn't bother to show up until the next day & charged me for the time that HE WASN'T THERE. Called Uhaul. It took 2 1/2 hours on hold to sort it out. What a waste of time. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Robert E.

My experience with uhaul was extremely poor. I had to go to three different locations to get items I'd reserved. Including the actual truck that was confirmed the day prior. Additionally, the Atlanta call/operations center does not do a good job. They hung up on me several times and essentially could not provide any insight on what was happening. I was forced to pay additional feeds in Uber to actually get to a location that had a truck, I had to pay for the trucks additional gas to go to other uhaul locations to get the supplies previous requested. I had to pay the movers an additional fee due to the delays in getting the truck. I will never use Uhaul again. Simply unprofessional and unreliable. Do better.Marcus B.
