Anne JWhen management allows an irate customer in his bob tail rig, to enter the office, cursing because another customer was blocking the gate, due to the fact that they’re are too busy to open the gate, he then, threatened to run over her car, then verbally threatened her. 911 should have been called. No apologies or concerns, expressed. Then, when they finally opened the gate, other customers began cursing her as well. Then an employee verbally, assaulted her when she got into her car, saying that’s what happens when you block the gate. I request the footage of that tape, be reviewed. It occurred on 8/30/26 at approximately 3 pm. My items are stored there and I fear returning since there’s no one in control and no respect for customers. I intend to share this on social media. I demand an apology and to feel safe when returning to manage my items.
JACQUELYN WNobody come check the truck for the scratches. The amount of fuel is wrong in the truck when I picked it up they told me it was 3/4 of a tank when I got in the truck was only out a quarter of a tank and then I spent two days trying to chase down somebody to come put Freon in it cause it was blowing hot really was blowing hot.
