Received truck rental with just 3/8 of a tank of gas. Not certain why the location would not have made certain that the vehicle was road ready immediately.

Nothing, everything thing was well mannered

James LI don't normally leave reviews but..............There was an older man (possibly the owner) sitting at the desk for a few minutes while the female manager stepped away. He was unprofessional, rude, and charged a card for the remaining balance, that I specifically asked him not to, and that I'd wait until the female manager returned, to take the payment from me. He made a mess of the situation but she came back and fixed the problem while remaining professional and kind. Do NOT recommend this location for moving needs!
Trent ONothing I can think of. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The vehicle was clean and handled well for a 6+ hour drive.
