gerald sNo one was there. No clearly labeled parking. As to where to put the truck. And once again I was forced to do the job of a uhaul employee by checking myself in to be able to return the truck. So if I had to do the job a uhaul employee was supposed to do, when will I get a paycheck. Seems company’s like yours are charging customers more for services. And then making the customer do part of the work. So saving money by free labor and charging more. Uhaul you should be ashamed of yourself.

Jesse CIn previous UHaul uses the attendants have always hooked up the trailer to the hitch on my vehicle and tested the lights. I had to request assistance at this location and later found that the chains had been installed incorrectly allowing them to drag on the road causing wear to the chain links. My vehicle and tow bar are specifically set up to handle a UHaul trailer but the two gentlemen who attached it had trouble with the procedure. The trailer was dirty inside and no notation was made of the damaged exterior. When I finished my move and was able to view my bill, I found that I had been charged an extra $40 for insurance that I did not request or authorize. I spoke with one of your representatives and she was able to remove this charge from my bill. I requested the trailer at one location that was listed on your pick-up options only to find that I had to travel to another location to pick-up the trailer. Although it was not far away it did cause a delay in my travel plans. I hope you can correct these problems so other customers have fewer troubles in the future. I have been quite happy with your company in the past but these problems add more headaches to an already difficult task of moving. Thanks for your time.
Matthew HDifficult to get in and out. Since I didn’t schedule this as my drop off point I had to wait until an employee returned to check the trailer in. He noted the leak problem but made no attempt to help in any way.

Jannie SWould recommend as location is good if you're in the area. Checking U-Haul out took hour and half. Way too long. Trailer was dirty but made the trip good.
