Had a 9:30 appointment, he didn't show up until 10. He was very busy running his business, less time for u-haul rentals. I've had very good experiences at u-haul locations, but they were u-haul businesses, not running u-haul rentals on the side. I won't go back there.

The service at 40 East is fabulous very friendly and knowledgeable staff.. had plenty of selection and inventory for any need.. suggested that I need next size larger trailer after he knew what I was moving.. He was spot on.. i highly recommend 40 East Service Center for all your U Haul needs..

John MCompletely disorganized. Never went over vehicle with me or noted any damages. Yard was a complete mess. Truck seemed like it needed transmission work as it shifted oddly and not smooth.
