Over charged on milage and fuel. I put the exact fuel back in but because it was a little off they charged me more.

I do not think there was anything else you could have done to make this experience better. It was good, easy and convenient. Even with short notice the vehicle was ready to go, and the return was just as easy. Friendly staff too!

CHARLES CEquipment was covered in snow making it difficult to operate the rachet straps. Booked for 24 hours and returned the trailer same day but was charged for 24 hours. If this was reversed( I had it for 25 hours they would have charged me for a additional hour..)
BRADLEY ANot the location’s fault but the back cargo door broke and we were unable to close it. Uhaul was unable to secure anyone to repair it and we didn’t have time to exchange vehicles. Fortunately we were not driving it far. No word from Uhaul to compensate us.
MICHAEL LEveryone I either spoke with or met were very nice and helpful. When ordering the truck the gentleman was so patient and kind, answering all my questions and was very understanding.

kyle cbeecher always i have problems with, been there multiple times and this 70 year old grandma can’t do her job and makes the customers, gets mad when i can’t back up a trailer or take it off. i’m a 20 year old girl how am i supposed to know my dad takes care of that. she shouldn’t work there if she gets mad i left a truck in her driveway out of th way. shouldn’t work there if you can’t do your rjob and have to make others because your 70!
madison mThey were rude and non feeling about anything. Wouldn't even try and help people for needing a truck an extra 2 hours. Had to pay an extra day just for needing truck a extra 2 hours
