I booked it so that I could pick it up at 9am with their lock box service. I also called to confirm that the key would be on the lock box. They explained I needed to download the mobile app and a code would be sent to me as soon as I got on property. I did that. I arrived yesterday at 9am to find out the key wasn’t left for me. I had to wait till they opened at 10am putting me an hour behind schedule.

It was just a disaster and will likely not rent again
