How U-Haul Reviews WorkLady that performed check in was incredibly unprofessional, stated that U-Haul canceled my reservation due to my tardiness in which she had to create a new, however my original reservation was still available and active in app. In addition, I was under the impression I chose a no contact or online pick up option when I made the reservation, there were not any options as such. Overall my experience was very unprofessional and the person was very condescending in regards to my online reservation with comments that I did not do it correctly. Overall I simply wanted to share that U-Haul was not represented well in this experience, I will be looking to a different location in future reservations
Joshua RGreat service at the counter and drop off using the app went well. Thanks.
Brett CGreat customer service!
lori pThe employee who helped me was very professional and kind. Explained everything to me and went out of his way to be customer friendly. Location was convenient - easy access and parking. Facility was well maintained, as was the pickup truck I rented. Will use this U-Haul location again. Thanks.
