Service at the desk was great but there was food underneath the seats. I cleaned most of it up because it was gross. The engine ran hard and kept hesitating. Which was surprising for a newer truck. It was kind of the the automatic transmission wasn’t working. The driver side door didn’t want to shut easily. I would have to pull the door super hard to get it to close but the notifications can coming on and turning off and it still didn’t seem right.
Kathryn NWow I came to U-Haul because the price was right. Wow was I shocked when the final bill came. A 39.95 U-Haul turned into a $360 bill that I never seen coming. I was not aware of a $1.19 mile charge. Or a $20 bring it back the same day charge. Or that I had to fill it back up at return. I paid $10 for two pads that I used and any other unseen charges. Not happy about the big charges that were in all the underlying small print. The truck was clean and did the job but at a much taller price than expected.

Wes RThe truck's AC did not work. Inside of truck was clean. The staff at this location are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. For that reason I would recommend this location.
