KELSEY FGuy didn’t check tires and I had to myself. I mentioned one tire and wheel didn’t look good, he said they check them once per year. Well, we had a blow out and had to wait for repair person. The repair person. You sent was TOP NOTCH AND SO WONDERFUL, he had us going within minutes of his arrival, very very respectful and so so nice. But, it may have been eliminated if the tires were checked more regularly to begin with. It could have been disastrous or fatal. Thankfully, it wasn’t.
BRENDA GTruck was very dirt. Steering wheel was 1/4 turn out. Major tire shake! Riverside mirror was broke. Dangerous! Truck was damaged down both sides . Box was nasty! Bolts and washer laying everywhere! The pickup location office was a nasty mess! The Dirty owners was more interested in eating there take out Breakfast off your pile of junk! Only a path through office! I'm very Disappointed! I will never spend 1100.00 was your organization again! I will pass the Word to everyone I know!

DAVID NThere was trash everywhere in their store. The chairs in the store were so filthy wouldn’t sit in them ever. They didn’t have the strap for the appliance dolly.
Holly HSuper friendly staff. They were also able to get me the dolly I needed that wasn't left for me at pick-up. This greatly helped my offloading time of the move. I was met at the truck when I arrived for checkout, and I felt like my time was given priority. Very redeeming experience after such a bad check-in mess.

Steve PAll honesty- the pick up location in springfield MO, 1161 division street was horrible. It was the equivalent to a trailer park, trash everywhere, bad service, It was uninviting. I felt almost unsafe.
Andrew MThe equipment was in good shape and the employees were very kind, however, the shop is very unkept and quite gross. Garbage piled up all over. I would recommend this location to a friend if they didn't have to go inside. The uhaul portion of the experience was great, but the shop leaves a lot of room for improvement.

Darren AI PICKED THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THEY HAD LISTED THAT THEY WERE OPEN UNTIL 3, WE ARRIVED AROUND 1 TO DROP A TRAILER OFF AND ALL LIGHTS WERE OFF AND DOOR WAS LOCKED. HOURS ON THE DOOR STATED THEY SHOULDVE BEEN OPEN. NO LOCKS ON ANY TRAILERS AND IT MADE ME FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE LEAVING THE TRAILER THERE AND TRUSTING IT WOULD BE CHECKED IN. I FOLLOWED ALL OF THE STEPS TO RETURN THE TRAILER VIA WEBSITE, TOOK EXTRA PICS AND EVEN CALLED ANOTHER LOCATION TO SEE IF I COULD CHANGE MY DROP OF LOCATION BUT WAS TOLD NO. THE HOURS SHOULD BE UPDATED SO PEOPLE ARENT LIED TO BECAUSE I NEVER DO THE AFTER HOURS DROP OFF BECAUSE I WANT TO HAVE PROOF I DROPPED IT OFF. NEVER GOT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR ANYTHING, JUST ONE ASKING FOR A REVIEW SO HERE YOU GO!
Katie RCheck the cab of the truck and clean it. The truck had a a haf-drank bottle of tea in it, newspapers between the seats and a sticky spill in the passenger side cup holder and on the floor. There was no windshield wiper fluid.

Steven GThe young lady was so amazing and helpful. So glad I was able to purchase a ball hitch while I was there since I forgot. To top it off, she loaded the trailer on perfect and the owner helped me back it up. Awesome service and I’ll def be back!!
Larry JThe lady who waited on me acted inconvenienced when I came in. After she checked out the truch she was very nice. The main thing is to clean up the customer area. It is very dirty and cluttered. What you require the customers to do should be emulated by the staff/ business.

Dee AThe office n lot was a mess. The lady that finished our reservation was not dressed as I have seen other I haul workers. But not at this location. This was the first n last time I would use this place. One of the tires were very low. Good thing we only had to move a vehicle short ride. There best of the visit was a young man that sa me n my daughter looking at his cars At the lot ? He allowed my daughter test drive it and was very nice and helped us pass the time for the finalized paper work. To start the paperwork took forever to get printed and getting us out the door. Then the car tow was blocked in by a customers vehicle. But after the car had set there for so long another man came out w a dolly to move the car hauler for us to get hooked up n on the road All got handled and in the end the results were made. I
