The 15' vehicle that I received was very, very low on oil. After leaving the location, the 'oil' light came on...I am so glad that I turned around and had the location check the oil as he said it was incredibly low; otherwise I could have been stuck driving with the engine seizing up. The individual ordered for new oil to be delivered so that I could be on my way, but I waited around 30 minutes and the delivery didn't arrive, so I was instructed to drive to the auto shop to get the oil, which I did, and which was paid for, and I put in the oil myself. I was out at least an hour of my time that delayed me on my day. Also, the location was not safe to park my vehicle while renting the U-Haul during the afternoon and was instructed that they're not reliable for any left; I had to park it blocks away.

The truck was dirty inside when we picked it up. There were ants inside the trailer. The ramp did not want to puli out or go in correctly.
