There was trash everywhere in their store. The chairs in the store were so filthy wouldn’t sit in them ever. They didn’t have the strap for the appliance dolly.
Holly HSuper friendly staff. They were also able to get me the dolly I needed that wasn't left for me at pick-up. This greatly helped my offloading time of the move. I was met at the truck when I arrived for checkout, and I felt like my time was given priority. Very redeeming experience after such a bad check-in mess.
