Better trained customer service. Start with teaching customer service to not bold face lie to customers and not be condesending or mocking toward customers. When your customer service rep says not to worry, with the notes and pics I noted to your account. You won't get charged the after hours fee because the app is malfunctioning and you contacted us. And oh no, you won't have to fight to get your money back because uhaul won't charge with added notes and pics.....LIARSBrent S.
My contract stated to drop off by 9:00 am. The location didn't open until noon, yet I still was charged the drop off after hours fee because I dropped it off before noon. Perhaps next time the drop off time on the contract should be considered before charging a â€œconvenienceâ€ fee for dropping off when your closed.Carson W.

Made an appointment to pick up the trailer and 12 moving blankets at 12 noon on Sunday. Staff arrived 35 minutes late, stating they had health issues. The staff were very friendly, and helpful in getting the trailer ready fast. There were no blankets available. When I returned the trailer on Monday at 10:45 am I found the branch was closed. I dropped the trailer and when I got home, I went online and completed the trailer return. The next day they billed me an additional $20 for not returning the trailer on time. Stating â€œ I did not complete the return onlineâ€.steven H.
Nothing. The renting agents at this location are very professional, helpful and efficient. I actually drive a extra 40 minutes to this location because of the friendly agents. Always greets me with a smile.Tammy C.

unfortunately they are a small location and fairly new to renting uhaul vehicles, and about 5 customers showed up about the same time. This caused a delay in getting serviced and out the door. I'm sure this will improve and other than that is was one of the best uhaul experiences I have had.JOHN T.

We had the worst most harassing time trying to use this place & truck. We weren't even able to get moved. What a waste of money. Never got an email or recite after asking twice for one. I'm reporting it to the BBB & attorney general. I'll put it on Facebook, Instagram, twitter, everywhere so no one uses this place everGREGORY H.

The brake shoes on the trailer had obviously been broken prior to my rental of the trailer. I wish Uhaul would do a better job of looking their equipment over before just returning it back into service. I lost roughly 16hrs of down time of not being able to use it and still paid full price with no adjustment in fees.Donald D.

This office is still green and still don't know what they are doing as for a pre arthuration you shouldn't charge someone's account until they are finished with the equipment. Plus they never pre trip the trailer before it went out now being charged for something that may of been done by someone else or from a different store plus where they are is road work being done and I'm getting the bill for someone's neglects. Need someone who can do this and know what they are doing. Rented stuff before and this is my worse nightmare. We all are disabled and this is how you treat us.AMBER M.
Upon pickup the equipment I rented was not provided, making the move much more difficult than it needed to be. I called UHaul to see what my options were regarding a later return due to the delay from the lack of equipment, the representative I spoke with was kind and courteous but she sounded limited in what she could do. They advised they would refund the cost of the equipment I did not receive, but accidentally charged my card for an extra day. All in all it wasn't a pleasant experience.Tylor W.
I don't think anything could have been improved on the locations part they were super helpful and very friendly! Although the self pick up process was a little bit of a pain but that was mostly user error and poor site directions. Overall experience was fantastic!!Kyle H.

Communicate! We were given an address for Interlachen Self Storage when we arrived we were told they don't rent uhauls any longer to drive about 5 minutes up the way. When we got to the next location they had no idea we needed a truck and had to go get one, postponing us over 45 minutes. The staff was not really helpful amd the girl kept making excuses.MICHAEL N.
