I said no to vehicle maintenance due to a tire blowout while we were in route. We were told by a law enforcement passerby that stopped that it appeared the tire wasn't in very good shape to start with. We also returned the trailer cleaner than it was to start with. I didn't realize the leftover residue until I later checked when we were broke down waiting for a tire repair man. The older man managing this site was pleasant enough, but it was the actions and follow through of the regional manager, Kyle, that will make me a return customer. With down time due to the tire, our schedule was thrown off. He allowed us extra time to return the trailer and compensated us for our unfortunate experience. He was very understanding, thoughtful of us, and extremely professional. I can see why he's a regional manager. Kudos to Kyle!!!Cal F.

We returned when the shop was closed. We tried for over a half hour to make the online return work in Safari on two different smartphones and no matter what we did it would not connect to the location (yes we changed settings to allow). Then I tried it in Chrome which finally worked. This was very frustrating, it shouldn't take an hour to log in a returned vehicle. What if we didn't have a smartphone??Gary R.

Had trouble with a dead battery in the first truck. They were quick in getting me into another truck that was even newer without any hassle. Great experience overall. Other than maybe checking the truck before the customer shows up to make sure it will start, it was great.Benjamin H.

Really nice gentleman, Elmer, that I worked with. The location is by far the best. It is easily accessible from Laurel and other towns West. You don't even have to go into Billings.Becky W.
We reserved to pick up in Cody got a call 2 days before to say we had to drive 2 hours one way to Billings to pick up. Got there and the person was not available and we waited 15/20 minutes. Then took time for paperwork. The truck was so dirty you could not tell it said uhaul. We were supposed to hear back from a supervisor about a discount and have heard nothing.Gene R B.

I was charged $136 for a 400 mile overage that did not happen. Advice- take a picture of your beginning mileage and your ending mileage to protect yourself. After a long phone call to the destination manager, I was refunded $50.Michele F.

My uhaul truck was a nightmare. The website didn't pick up my location 2 days in a row. I tried chat and the rep was not helpful. I got hung up on by 2 different people when trying to get road side assistance. Im not hapoy with my uhaul experience at all.Bobbie B.

The gentleman Elmer was very friendly. I've had bad experiences with uhaul locations before and was skeptical of using uhaul again but Elmer's service made me change my outlook on Uhaul. Great job Elmerseth F.
I set up a pickup of a Uhaul trailer with this location. I stated multiple times that it was going to be an out of state drop off. I even stated that we were moving to Arizona, yet they continued to keep my reservation as an in town drop off. Therefore, when I showed up for a drop-off in Arizona I was charged double the actual amount I should have been charged. The fee should have been $358 but I was charged $803. No one at the corporate Uhaul will take any responsibility for this problem.Carson L.
Our experience with the staff was great. The truck we rented was not back at it's designated time, so the staff drove to Billings and got us another smaller truck, so we were only off by an hour. It did end up costing us more as we had to make 2 trips to get our move done & we were pretty certain one trip in the larger truck would of done it. We felt we should have not been charged more since this was a uhaul problem. Like I said, the staff was excellent and we certainly did not blame them. The previous truck renter was hung over and did not return the truck on time.Karen A.
