Communication was low New site it seems, or in the process of updating. Could new much better Truck itself had big soft spot in middle of back of truck. High pitched hummmm i had to endure for 600 miles if speed was above 60mph. Literally louder than the radio. An annoying, aggravating, pretty terrible experience

CHUCK WThey claimed we brought the truck with a quarter of a tank of gas, when we had just filled it up. The guy didn’t even come out to check on the truck when went in, he just told us to leave the keys.
RENEE BA) The fuel tank was only 2/3 full when I picked up the truck. B) As measured by my decibel apps (more than one), the wind noise from both windows is enough to cause hearing loss if there's long-term exposure. Don't worry; I won't bring litigation! 1,500 miles is not long-term exposure. We hypothesized that the window seals have probably been compromised by someone (before my rental time) wiggling a wire or rod into the seal to unlock the lock if they locked their key(s) in the truck. C) On 5/7/26, Tommy (sorry I no longer have the phone # I called) told me two things that turned out to be incorrect and somewhat important: 1) The charge per day for renting the truck longer than I initially planned is $19.95. It turns out that that's for in-town. I told Tommy which out-of-state zip code I was moving from and to. It turns out that the correct per diem extra charge is $40. 2) I could opt for either one month free storage or free help unloading the truck at my destination. It turns out that the free unloading help is not an option. I could've used it. Otherwise, I was quite pleased with the whole experience, and supervery grateful. Every UHaul employee I interfaced with, whether on the phone or in person (at stores to buy tape, boxes, etc.) was very friendly, helpful, and competent. Especially the gals on Grand Ave in Billings, Montana. The one whose name I recall is Hevin, who washed the bug-smattered windshield (just from the country drive from the pickup location, as it was clean when I picked up the truck) outside & inside. The other gal marked a spot where the windshield was slightly compromised. The truck was clean, well-functioning (assuming that a little engine rumble is normal for such trucks), and comfortable. THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME DURING THIS STRESSFUL TRANSITION IN LIFE. I AM GRATEFUL TO UHAUL!
